The third day on a row i went at 5pm and all three days “we not taking orders right now” …no explanation or anything . This place just needs to close at this point

Food is halfway decent , but they keep closing way earlier than they are supposed to. No explanation half the time, the other half “DoorDash and Uber Eats only”. I get that maybe they might be understaffed but even when they are nicely staffed, they’ll still mess up your food or say “we have none of the stuff you want” and sometimes even gaslight you about your own order.

I will say Taco Bell *used* to be one of my favorite fast food joints. It's gone entirely downhill and has been run into the ground these past couple of years. Definitely one of the worst Taco Bells, and I've lived in a lot of places. They constantly leave out food items and don't make the food items correctly. The prices have gotten much too steep as well - $5-6 for basic food items. I've had non-cooked Cinnamon Twists from them before which almost broke my teeth (it's basically hard spiral pasta). When they had brought the tostadas back, they made it entirely wrong (no red sauce, and they put sour cream on it when I did not request it). They put a mexican pizza at the bottom of a bag with heavy burritos piled on top of it so the mexican pizza got entirely smashed with all the food sticking to the top of the container. The one in Macedonia isn't much better either. Very disappointed in what Taco Bell has become - overpriced, and they still can't deliver quality food. It's better to just support a local Mexican establishment - you'll be spending around the same price.

Nastiest food I ever got need to close taco, bell down or rehire new staff all hard taco where soggy and sofe at the bottom

Parking: Ada's right next doors? I should have went in there and got me a meal

Not sure if it’s just an Ohio thing or what but this Taco Bell was INSANELY SLOW. They are all extremely slow in this state, and usually are out of anything you want.
This location is different. I waited 37 minutes in the drive thru and there was only 2 cars ahead of me when I got in line.
My suggestion is choose any other food place surrounding this Taco Bell. You’ll be much better off.
100% of the worst Taco Bell location in the United States.

Slowest drive through I've ever experienced. Only 5 cars in line but it's been a 30 minute wait and counting.

Went to the drive thru that’s “open late” at 9:30 on a Friday night and was told they’re only taking door dash and mobile orders.

How does that even make sense? Are they just making their own rules?

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jai at Taco Bell for her exceptional customer service. Despite the blizzard outside, she was incredibly kind and accommodating. Jai went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, and her positive attitude made all the difference. Thank you, Jai, for your outstanding service!

Whoever is working the shift right now needs to be fired. If you don’t have good customer service WHY work in customer service!! Such a sorry excuse for an employee. At no point do you get smart with someone who isn’t even giving you a hard time. Work that shift and shut up. YOU APPLIED THERE BE MAD AT YOURSELF!!

Was horrible they screwed up my deluxe lux box then refused to fix the order the girl at the window acted like my mother was lying to her after they told us to come up and thed fix the order having us drive back up to the store 30$ order mind you this !!! horrible place to go for Taco Bell never will any of my 12 family members will ever come your establishment again

Got there at 12am and the lady there was highly unprofessional and very rude. They were out of Diet Pepsi, regular Pepsi and cherry pepsi. When we asked for my sauce the lady rudely threw in a handful of sauces and when we went to look in our bag she told us “you need to move now”. Will not be back! One of the worst Taco Bell I have ever eaten at. Save your money.

Took me 0ver 50 minutes to get 4 Crunchy tacos and a bean and rice burrito five cars after me they received
all their food and they were the same color as the employees working in Taco Bell, I’ll never be back so unprofessional!!! I had to wait closer to an hour! It should have been free

Waited in line for over 15 minutes and was still car number three. The car at the speaker still hadn’t even ordered their food. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t go here if you want any Taco Bell!!! if you want good service go to the one on northfield Road in North Randall worth the extra five minute drive
