Had mobile phone order, it was terrible sat at speaker for least 30 minutes then when we pull up in orderliness we sat behind a car for whole hour,and still had to wait for another hour before we got our food. Never no more

I ordered some stackers, steak pablono, dlcs, and chicken tacos. Everything was wrapped like burritos and nothing grilled. No chicken or tacos. Half the bag was missing and nachos and twists added. Unfortunately the app will not allow me to choose a different store.

All crunchy tacos were broken and not able to be eaten by hand. Food had a funny smell. Threw it away.

Late night eats went thru drive thru Friday night around 9:45. Was a small wait about 10 minutes. No problem. The drive thru gentleman was so polite and funny and apologize for our wait. Our food was delicious,hot and correct. This is definitely one of the best taco bells to go to. If you employee good courtesy workers like this I am going to continue. Thank you!

Rude! Slow no customer service at all. Please don’t order online here. When you arrive then they fix you food with an attitude because they messed up. And the food here omg. Wouldn’t feed this to my dog and I really mean that for real. Take a look for yourself.

WORST TACO HELL EVER!!!
DRIVE THRU IS A JOKE, 20+ MIN WAIT TIME BEFORE YOU CAN EVEN PUT IN AN ORDER AND YOU ARE STUCK IN THAT DRIVE THREW AS WELL (DUE TO THE CONCRETE CURB) PLACE IS A JOKE (THIS HAPPENED MORE THAN 3 TIMES)

This location has poor customer service. Staff refuses to take orders during business hours on multiple occasions.

The place was open, but nobody ever came back to the speaker once they said welcome to taco bell. I waited patiently for about 15-20 minutes.

Sat in the drive through for 20+ minutes. No one took my order and sat and the window. People in there and no one worrying about taking orders. Very bad experience

The customer service was horrible, the staff of smoking weed outside and they got our order wrong. I went inside to correct the situation and was greeted with nothing but attitude. I left the food where it was at. I didn't even want my money back
