5-minute wait at the speaker to order, food not fresh, order incorrect, line inside too long to take care of it. Taco Bell didn't actually win the fast food wars, that was just a movie. You still need to make an attempt.

DONT EVER DOOR DASH FROM HERE: Didn't have any sauces i asked for, and I didn't have my drink. ordered Dorito Tacos got regular. Just terrible they really just don't care up there. Order was all wrong NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

If we could put zero stars we would. Got our order completely incorrect. The sauce packets were wrapped in the burrito wrapper and when asked for a refund we got told since they are a franchise they don’t do that.

When I drove up on my break.
I pulled up starving I hadn’t eaten all day.
Beginning at the order the man was sarcastic and dismissive and condescending. The men at the window behaved as if putting my my dood in my hands was disruptive and that they were out upon. My friend attempted complimenting for what she deemed as patience and I saw as passive aggressive acerbic nature odd the order taker. The man who filled the order and cashed is out said that he , “ Didnt care if we ever returned.” This was his response to us checking the order before we pulled of and realizing that they forgot two beverages and a whole bag of food. We were chill but just bringing it to their awareness. The service with a side of disdain would have been one thing. But our order felt like it had been someone else’s order sitting around. It was stale, mushy and cold. We ordered a 1 combo and Supreme Deluxe box there was no box and nothing was supreme, which to us was shocking. They had no other sauces save mild ( which isn't the worse thing).
And a messed up drink order would have been cool however, the drink needed the syrup switched up. I just took a cola and kept it moving. But I found the food rancid and unfit for consumption and being treated with disdain after being patient , complimentary and even with my buddy tipping to be extremely unprofessional and the disrespect was uncalled for! Congratulations you guys have cured my fast food habit, that help me

My order was ready super fast! Lobby was clean and the air conditioning was set just right!

Waited in line 20 minutes for nothing! I’m glad I didn’t order anything because it probably would’ve been as bad as the service.

Ordered online, pick up my food it was hot and my order was correct normally don't have an issue with this Taco Bell!

Smallest crunch wrap and 5 layer burrito I've ever seen. Guy at window had zero energy and didnt even talk.

DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GO THIS STORE. It’s unprofessional and unsafe to go to. Workers at night are constantly hanging out in cars, smoking weed and drinking alcohol on the job. I call for this store to be reviewed or closed. It’s a disgrace to the community of Maple Heights.

This will be the last time they play me with stale nasty food and don’t include all items ordered. Don’t waste your money go to another location or just avoid the chain all together. They should really be ashamed with prices of everything going up and throwing food together like that. I get it it’s a sucky job the pay is low working in customer service in general is annoying but have some respect for food that is to be consumed my goodness. Swear never again.
