Food was cold, undercooked and late and the guy answering the phone was rude and condescending about the way the food looked and I always order the same thing

Used to be best pizza in town place went down close at 9 call at 745 say there closed 3rd time it happened also customer service sucks

I dont get the knock on the door and someone will assist you that creeps me out especially when it was dark and I had a pizza that was supposed to be pepperoni but it was basically a cheese pizza I had no idea this is what they are known for I didnt like that at all

They have on Google that they close at 8 pm on Sundays and I called at 6:47 pm they put me on hold and never came back. So I called back and they said that they were no longer taking orders because they were about to close. That was very unprofessional of them and they need to change there Google hours of operations then.

A longtime local pizza and more restaurant. I have never had a bad thing from Teresa's kitchen

Parking: This location is in a strip shopping center. There is plenty of nearby parking

Went there for years… new staff with not do great attitudes. No gloves when the get your order, one smells if cigarettes.. just gross subce new staff, purchased a sandwich the lettuce was left on when toasted.. it was brown burnt, called to complain and He told me it must have just melted. I’m no fool someone did it perhaps by mistake. I will still patronize Teresa but not this location. Since covid you can’t go inside .. duh

My only complaint is about size. XL pizza not as big as I remembered but I read the reviews so I expexted as much but from my experience the guy who took my order was polite and told me 30 minutes. The lady that took my money was friendly, and my pizza was done on time and ots good . Maybe the past reviews encouraged change to be made. Idk but Im mostly pleased.

I was a loyal customer since they were on Lee road south. Ever since they moved by Drug Mart I can't get a pizza after 7.what kinda pizza shop closes before 10? They went down ?

Terrible customer service attitude. Don't have multiple items on menu. Open and close when they feel like it. Employees are rude AF

They are rude anything you try to order they don’t have the man answering the phone has very bad customer service. I would never order form this place again.

You can't go inside, you have to order from the door or call in your order. They do have delivery. However, I wanted a salad, and the container was way too expensive for the size of the container.

Parking: It's a nice size plaza with ample parking.
