08/17/2025, me and my aunt and cousin ordered some food at like AROUND 9PM, It’s now 1 AM, my aunt called several times about the food, and they kept saying it’s on the way, and the girl sounded disrespectful and my aunt was tired, and I began to get hungry, totally do not recommend, also we DOORDASHED, we paid like 30 DOLLARS… if yall were gonna take this long, I should’ve ordered somewhere else, absolutely unworthy to order at, I WOULD GIVE A ZERO but that’s not possible so I give you a one, night shift people are so trash, can’t even do their jobs right

Food is always good and fresh, but 90% of the time there is a 10-20 minute wait, guaranteed. Very, very busy location; day and night. Staff seems to work hard, but it can be very overwhelming and frustrating when it's a family favorite and cars are wrapped around the place almost every time you visit!.

I put my app order on at 1:45am while in the parking lot of the restaurant. I pull in the drive thru and no one acknowledges me. I pull up and behind other car in line. I get to the window 20 minutes later at 2:05am and they tell me they are closed. I was there at 1:45 am, waited in line and they refused to complete my order that I put in when they were OPEN! Bad business!

Apparently it’s better in the day I’m guessing. But night shift workers are trash they just in their for a check. Payed for extra cheese on both my spicy chicken sandwiches, no cheese, fries were old and cold tasted like the same fries from day shift. No straw with drinks, charge extra for sauces I didn’t get. All fast food sucks don’t know why I was being cheap. Never again though they all sum bums
This here was my favorite it's still where I go when I haven't eaten. It's still a rip-off the price went up and they cut the fish in half .

The lady taking my order was rude and kept interrupting me while ordering. I asked for a meal of the chicken nuggets and she proceeded to tell me that the window there were no fries. When I asked for them to be added on she told me I couldn’t add anything at the window. But she got my order wrong? And as I’m being polite and asking if I could remove the frosty because it was all melted she mumbles under her breath saying I’m being irritating. I mean this is very crappy service. I would never come here again and would advise other ppl to go somewhere else lol.
