Went inside on 2-14-25 @6:45pm at the Wendy's location in Maple Hts, oh 44137. Whoever the young man was working the counter, I think he was new, gave excellent service then some, a mentally challenged young lady kept coming up to the counter pushing everybody out of the way, but he was nothing but patience and kind to her. Young man keep up the great work.

100% the laziest workers I've ever seen in my life. No one ever answers at the drive-thru. The pre ordered food is never done when you arrive, even when there arent any customers. The workers stand around on their phones and don't attend to customers promptly.

Asked for a hamburger.... got a cheeseburger. Was watching the girl make my sandwich.. she put in tiny piece of lettuce the size of a quarter... when I asked for more .. I got an attitude back.... scrunchy face. Both girl at till and rhe one making the food had terrible attitudes. Definitely not welcoming. Won't be back to this location.

The person talking my order appeared to be a manager. She was very courtesy and respectful. She gave instructions to staff that were loud,disrespectful, and unprofessional. The dining room was disgusting, trash in the floor, dirty tables, the kitchen was the same. No napkins or condiments in the lobby the drive thru was a mile long. It was ample staff. The staff were just playing around.

Half an hour in the drive thru and there were only three cars, don't wait any longer
So I just went to this location at 10:25pm on Oct 9th . And the young lady tells me they are going through shift change and are NOT taking any orders.. really ? Shift change at 10:30 ? I didn’t know you guys were 24 hours. This location has went down the drain since I was growing up going there. The whole staff who was there should be Fired . Poor excuse of employees. Go find something else to do if you don’t want to work.. also someone should tell them it won’t get any easier than this. So if this is the attitude they have at Wendy’s .. smh I feel bad for them . NO STARS

I've been avoiding this and the other Wendy's on Northfield because they're both extremely slow. I tried to go inside around 3-4pm, but an employee said they were closed on the inside. I then saw about 10 kids go in, so they must be running a daycare out of there or something. I guess there's a first for everything lol.

Very bad service the lady’s working in there are slow in mentally and physically been waiting in the drive thru for 40 minutes on an online order i placed and the worst part is that they werent even busy it was probably 2 cars ahead of me
