Sharon is an amazing pastry chef. Her craft is too beautiful to eat. She make 3 cakes for me for my boys brithday and sister's graduation parties. They were so beautiful. I gave her a concept and she took it and ran with it. You can tell she had fun with the designs and it showed it the final product, even better than what I imagined. The cakes were not too sweet. The right balance between the cake itself and the buttercream. It was also easy to communicate with her and she gave suggestions of what flavors work best together with seasonal fruits etc etc. This is the 2nd time she's made cake for me and I can honestly say, she has found a longtime customer in me. Sharon makes it unique chocolate for lack of a better word popsicle. It utilizes a wonderful chocolate icing with a decadent chocolate cake attached to a popsicle stick.
I had the pleasure of having one, I would rename ‘death by chocolate’.
If you haven’t had one you don’t know what you’re missing.
