Note to management:

Excited for the return of the potato cakes, but please ensure that they are not fried in old oil that smells/tastes of fish. Horrible companion to an otherwise enjoyable breakfast sandwich. Major bummer!

Also, why no online ordering?

Went to the drive thru, waited several minutes to be told they cant take drive thru orders. Went inside to place an order then was told there would be a 45 minute wait for chicken tenders

The lady who served me was extremely rude. I originally went through the drive through and and she made me set for 5 minutes without taking my order there were no customers in front of me or behind me when I pulled up so I couldn't understand what the hold up was. I decided to go inside to make my order and saw the worker leaning against the counter doing nothing. When see did come up to order she asked were you the dud that was just at the drive through? In an extremely rude tone. I al.ost walked out at the point but was extremely hungry so I decided to make my order. I order a large combo and she gave me a small cup. I reminded her that it was a large combo and she rolled her eyes and gave me the large cup begrudgingly. After I left I checked my order and discover that she had given me a small order of fries as well. Because I didn't want to deal with her again I decided to just leave. I will never return to this restaurant again!

Staff is friendly including the employee that took orders, made fresh sides and bagged our order. Only problem is that specific employees hands were so filthy. Caked up dirt underneath their fingernails and a wrap around their hand that was also dirty. Grabbing cups/lids and the side holder containers with dirty fingernails and then placing them in our bag also with a dirty wrap is unacceptable. Management should make sure the employees hygiene is kept up or they need to be using gloves.

Omg...I will drive an hour just to eat a deluxe fish sandwich on a Hawaiian bun. I was driving back home from Columbus. I was hungry and tired. I pulled over to this pilot truck stop. I parked and rested. I saw Arby's attached to the gas station and they had a drive-thru. I got in line and noticed they had a fish sandwich. I had a fish sandwich from the Akron location in Walhaven. It was OK. I bought the deluxe fish sandwich on a Hawaiian bun. The lady said it will be a few minutes because they had to cook the fish. I said ok. When I got that sandwich and opened the wrapper to eat it, I was literally in heaven. The sandwich was hot, fresh, and delicious 😋. The fish filet was a nice size. It was bigger than the regular fish sandwich. The sandwich had a signature tartar sauce, fresh shredded lettuce, fresh tomatoes and it was freshly made. I didn't get the cheese. When I was done I got back in line and ordered another deluxe fish sandwich. The second sandwich was made fresh too! That is my new sandwich. The lady at the window had excellent customer service seeing that it was 3am. I told my sister about it. I told her I will drive to Marengo, Ohio so she can try their deluxe fish sandwich on a Hawaiian bun. I will be back.

The short guy at the front counter must hate his job. He was very rude when we ordered and he rolled his eyes when we asked questions. He also gave the lady in front of us our food and then told us that it was our problem. We never did get the correct order.
The food we had was good, just poor service.

For a large shake, I would think there would be more than 10 pieces of mint on top. A regular size gets an entire handful. Disappointing since it is only offered for a limited time

Drive thru guy (Gabe) most love his job, cause he was not friendly and was very short when asked questions. Had to go inside cause he said card reader wasn't working on my card. Also I didn't get receipt so I won't be able to give you any info on it. Just poor service. Like your job if your front facing with customers
