Visited a few times in a few years before my ,now senior, worked there. The facility is long overdue for a thorough cleaning and food is always less than satisfactory. In fact the building has been in hot water with health department in the past...I understand working with teenagers must be rough especially over the number of years ken has been in business but he is plain and simply put, a jerk. My son is one of the more responsible and respectable teens that worked there and ken just yelled scolded and put down my son and everyone else on a consistent basis. There are a few others I know of and more I didn't know like my son that were reliable and dependable yet the owner treated everyone the same - like a punching bag when ken was tired or overworked. Time to retire, Ken.

I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. After 20 minutes I go to check on my order and I was told 5 more minutes.. 10 minutes later I go to check again and told 5 more minutes.. this went on for over an hour and I had already told the boy that I have to leave for a volleyball game and that I had watched 3 families that also ordered large pizzas get their pizza before me not counting the drive through that got their orders after ordering after me as well. That's not even the worst part! The kid goes to get his manager to give my money back and this guy comes out and says what do you need?!, with an attitude. I say I ordered at 12:22 pm and it is now 1:22 pm and I need my money because I don't have anymore time to wait. This guy says fine, but your pizza will be done in 5 more minutes again with an attitude and I said sir I don't have 5 more minutes, I need to go. And he says fine I'll give it back, but the pizzas are made to order and I tell him again I had 3 families that ordered after me get their orders already and he yelled and said I'm not apologizing again! So I say you never apologized in the first place. Crazy how he was talking to me all because they screwed up and misplaced my ticket and had to come to the front to give me my money back.. straight ridiculous... I get he was busy and having a bad day, but we are the ones that had to go hungry?

This pizza is simply the best. The crust is crispy on the bottom and doughy and perfectly chewy in the middle. The sauce has a nice spice profile and the pepperoni is crispy and flavorful.

Great place to pick up on the way home. Excellent salads. A large "Ken's" Salad and a medium Hawaiian pizza is the best meal deal I know of.
They overcharged me and the food was cold & not very good. Don't waste your time coming here, you will be disappointed

The place was filthy, made me wonder what the kitchen looks like! The service was terrible, waited 45 minutes for a salad. Seemed to be run by young teens in need of good management. several orders were mixed up for others while we waited. Highland Pizza is a place I grew up going to had always loved it before, it is very sad to see what it's turned into. I won't be back.
