First I will say the food is decent. Service is horrible. My husband had a wing nut in his food. Yes, an actual wing nut that must have fallen off a fryer basket. When pointed out to the server, he acted confused but that is understandable. What isn’t understandable is why he didn’t comp something on the bill or, offer same dish. Not only did the food prep person miss the clanging of a heavy metal object hitting the porcelain plate but the server did check plates before serving. We also, never got a second drink that was ordered. After the wing nut incident we seemed to be rushed out with the bill and to go boxes coming promptly. Sorry your tip had to be at 10% but as a former restaurant manager, you comp the meal or, give a gift certificate, free dessert or drinks. It’s not coming out of your pocket and you want to do everything to maintain that customer coming back and, you want them to refer others. You also, need to take the time to listen and not rush your table. Sorry man bun but didn’t catch your name. We probably won’t be back.

Food and drinks were good. We received a plate of fries with a wing nut (I would assume from the fryer basket handle assembly) in it. No comp, half ass apology and that was it. Y'all got very lucky that wasn't consumed. Will not return.
Food is good, the pizza is great, Italian sub was good. Service was slow we had 45 minutes before we had to leave and ordered everything to go. We were still 5 minutes late leaving and I had asked if we could get the fries while we were waiting on the pizza and we got the fries dead last. Even got the pizza before the sub!

We stopped here after a hot day at the SCTP Nationals. Our waitress was excellent; she brought refills before our glasses were empty, checked on us, etc. The food was great and fairly priced.

We decided to order out and we asked for pizza and was told by the lady that they was out of pizza and wings. My son wanted the prime burger but they was out of bacon. He wanted Mac and cheese and no Mac and cheese. No Philly sub. Ordered a new York strip steak but out of the baked potatoes. On every order we tried to place, they was out of it. Highly disappointed. If you can't supply the food on your menu. take it off the menu. And it wasn't just 1 or 2 items they was out of.
