The sandwich maker was very professional. Made great suggestions as one of my orders had a gluten allergy. My other order was made with care and was fresh and healthy. We even had a polite chat about healthy options as she made my sandwich. Great job!

After the transition to Bell Stores, I just had the best visit to this location yet. 2 very kind young men where there to help. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. They even gave some wonderful insights and suggestions about ordering. I was extremely happy and may even change the way I order my subs forever!

Hadn’t been in there for quite a long time, but we were running late and needed something quick. Jake was great! Clarified our order and he was so polite! I even heard him thanking his co-worker for prepping the onions. He told him, I always want to say thank you when someone helps with prep! Thanks for making us a great sub today and for being a great kid Jake!

People are rarely working here. They dont bother to update the Subway app or google when theyre actually closed. Very very poorly managed store.

We usually don't stop at this one as we have an excellent one in Cardington Ohio. We were tired and wanted to save a few steps going home. When we came in the 2 staff were sitting in a booth and another was standing at the booth. We kind of made eye contact and possible we were headed that way. I acknowledged that we were and he got ready, the other 2 staff followed.River as I found out later must have been having a bad day... she is who ill be discussing. First I want to comment on her appearance she had a hoodie on with the hood up, she was leaning on the back counter and hanging onto the Handle of your toaster oven. My boyfriend made a comment about the lettuce not looking good and that he wanted fresh. River chose to change out the lettuce by slamming everything in front of us. I hope your equipment can withstand this by careless employees. I did not get the other staffs names but felt like they tried as hard as possible to help us and serve us. One even said they were happy to have their job. I agree. I asked River if she was on the clock and what her name was. I don't even know what else to say with this except I will not go ther again and it's sad with all the Subways we can give our money to... we chose one of the worst .

This place is a joke. They say there are open and no one is there. They said no one showed up for whole a guy was there to work. He just didn’t want to make sandwiches. Don’t go to this subway. Any other subway is 10x better than this

We stopped at 5:48 pm on a Sunday evening to get dinner. We were told at the drive thru window that they were closed. The website says they close at 7 pm. So, you need to either update the website or inform your employers not to close early!

LAZY and rude staff. Refused paying customers an hour and 3 minutes prior to closing time because employees didn't feel like working. Next time just mark the store closed if you're going to refuse customers during working hours. Won't be back.

Went in at noon today for lunch but they don't have any bread. How does a sandwich shop have no bread at lunchtime when they have been open since 9am??
