The waitress was very nice and had a smile on her face. She was very efficient with waiting on tables and keeping up with the customers needs. Our food was fresh and hot and the waitress told us the plates and food were hot to be careful. We had a very good experience.

Was a bit of a wait for food. We watched the waitress wait on family of 5 from hell torture the waitress, sending their food back 3 times( all of them). The same waitress was great for my rather large party. The toddler from that party ran all over the restuarant with mother chasing him constantly, thinling its funny.

We here visiting from New York and the my wife's food looked like it was reheated in microwave and the noodles were not done my food was ok I had the sirloin and mash was good the service wasn't the best as we watched 5 employees just talking while we waited for some extra sauce not what I expected out from New York

We doordashed food and Applebee's employees told our doordasher they hate when we order and the food takes to long. How rude and disrespectful. We ordered 2 burgers and a kids meal. Thats fine. When we go in person, we will have to wait over an hour to get our food. We are giving you OUR money and that clearly isn't good enough for you. Why would you tell the doordasher that? Why complain about people giving YOUR place of work money? Don't see ourselves coming back or ordering anything from you again.
My sister and I was at Applebee's in Marion on Sunday. There were many seats available yet us and many others sat, and stood cramped in the entrance for about 20 minutes. Then the steak I ordered medium came to me medium RARE. My broccoli was blackened at the stems. My sister had the chicken and shrimp and was not near the zest or flavor she was expecting and the shrimp did not look seared at all. The poor server was continuously apologizing for things that were obviously out of her control. This place used to be a decent place for lunch. Now, in my opinion, no longer! It's to bad the place has been, in my opinion, run in the ground while there are not many family restaurants in Marion. Maybe some management training could give the place some chance to survive?! Btw: I couldn't eat my meal is was just not edible for me.

We ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp. The chicken and shrimp came out plain grilled chicken with onions ans mushrooms. Completely devoid of any seasoning that would indicate Cajun or Bourbon Street. I asked the waitress about the lack of seasoning and she didn't have an answer for us. Food was okay but not as pictured or advertised.

Today, I ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp, but unfortunately received a plain, unseasoned chicken breast served over sautéed mushrooms and onions. While the shrimp was at least seasoned, this experience was quite different from what I’ve come to expect.
About a month ago, I also had a disappointing visit to the Marion Applebee’s. I ordered a 6 oz steak that lacked its usual color and quality—it was tough, gristly, and difficult to cut.
I truly hope this location can return to the consistent quality and standards that made it a reliable dining choice in the past.
