This was one of the worst experiences. My family placed an order just for the waitress to come back and tell us “we are out of cheese sticks I can replace it with three different options” We order one of the options. The waitress returns telling us “I am locked out we can’t do that” Place a completely different order for her to once again return with “ we are out of those as well”. At this point we just made the choice to leave .

Our Hamburger was pink inside and we ask to have it well done. We sat at the bar 5 minutes before being waited on then she kept disappearing. Counter was dirty had to ask her to wipe it off.it was dirty and smelled like sewer in there. They are being remodeled so looked really bad.

I left a cash tip and paid the balance with card and they added an extra 10 dollars on the tip line. They stole my money, watch your accounts after eating here. Food wasnt as good as it used to be either.

Salad lettuce had ice crystals on them. Fried pickle fries were soggy. 3 cheese chicken penne was luke warm at best. One of the won ton tacos was missing half the shell and were soggy on the bottom. All this while having to wait an extra 10 minutes.

all the workers are rude. you order CURBSIDE pickup and wait over 30 minutes after the pick up time and decide to call to check on the order. they said they don’t have people who run curbside and hung up. we go inside and our food is cold sitting on the counter. there shouldn’t be a curbside option if they aren’t able to bring your order to the car. i really hope they have staff changes when they move across town. horrible customer service
The waitress was very nice and had a smile on her face. She was very efficient with waiting on tables and keeping up with the customers needs. Our food was fresh and hot and the waitress told us the plates and food were hot to be careful. We had a very good experience.

Was a bit of a wait for food. We watched the waitress wait on family of 5 from hell torture the waitress, sending their food back 3 times( all of them). The same waitress was great for my rather large party. The toddler from that party ran all over the restuarant with mother chasing him constantly, thinling its funny.
