Charge went through an she kept trying to swipe my card had a manager badge said receipt wouldn't print only reason she kept swiping good thing I only transfered enough money for the meal or shed of charged me triple the amount lol fix your printer an stop trying to triple charge people! If there was a 0 star for that visit it would be 0 cause she threw the last piece of food out an slammed the window bad customer service !!!!!

Awesome Arby's! I stopped here on my way back to Columbus, coming from Bluffton where I had gotten my coupon (5 classic roast beef for $5) rejected at the Bluffton Arby's...but not here! These fine reps of Arby's nation accepted my coupon and so I feel obligated to give a shout out. Thank you and I want to say the young girl working at the register was very nice too. All in all, this is a great one. I didn't stay and just got it to go, but I looked at the dining area and it was immaculate. You won't regret stopping at this Arby's, for sure.
Went around 8 pm. The young lady was mopping which is great they're keeping place clean. However not a good time when your tiled floor is like ice! She even politely asked me to move from the register to mop under me. I was walking/gliding to the table when i said to my husband geesh this is an ice skating rink! Be careful! He sat down our drinks and walked to restroom. I heard a loud smack, mind you he was being careful as he just recovered from multiple surgeries, ugh. He landed flat on his back!! The employee laughed as he laid on floor embarrassed. No incident report nothing. I worked in this industry for years! You dont mop an entire restaurant when u have 2 hrs until you close inside and 4 hrs drive thru. Very disappointed- if you knew our last 2 years of his pain!!!!
Seems this location has turned the corner now offering great food and service!
Your food will more than likely be hot and fresh, however, either drive- thru or inside, you will probably be in for a wait.
