if i could give zero stars i would. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. first we sat for like 10 minutes with absolutely no help or service from anyone. Then she finally came to ask for drinks and mine ended up being flat i asked multiple people for a new drink but not one brought it to me. Then we waited 20 minutes to just simply order our food. We watched as all the new people got there food as we were ignored. Once we finally got to oder she was very VERYYYY rude. Me and my friends asked all nice and respectful but this was a disappointment to us we were frustrated to say the least. Would not recommend this location at all one of the worst food experiences i have had in a while of not ever

I like coming here on sunday's to watch football and eat a great meal. The servers and bar staff are always kind, attentive and fun to conversate with. I'm surprised more people don't come in on sunday's.

Ordered wings for delivery 2x now and the first time the sauce was wrong and the 2nd time there was no sauce. When I tried to call to ask them what happened they never answered the phone I was on hold for 20 minutes

Wonderful place, the vibe is good, music is nice, not too loud but not too quiet, it holds a lot of people but youre not crammed. Service is wonderful, the woman who seated us and the one who served us were both very polite and friendly. The food took no time coming out and tasted amazing!

This review has been awhile in the making. Cumulative of my last ~4 trips over the last 12 months, eventually Id say 'eh maybe we should try again' and every single time we sit and stare at empty cups and menus while we remember why it was a bad idea. All the reviews about slow or non existant serivce at this location are 100% true. And the place is all but empty when you go in. Also strikes me as funny that most of thier food ranges from fair to good, nothing bad to say about it, but, the wings, at buffalo wild WINGS are the worst you will find at any restaraunt ever. Hands down. Most of the rest of the menu isnt bad though. IF you can ever get served. That being said the last $15 salad we got would fit in a teacup. But weve had great salads from other BWW so idk on that

I’ve given this location multiple chances & this was the last chance I will never go back again! they weren’t even busy it was us & 2 other parties. We sat down around 7 pm & ordered our food waitress came back 20 min later & said the screens went down & she retook our order. Another 30 min go by & our food finally comes to the table. So after 50 min of waiting for our food they still managed to still mess up our order! Food was cold & horrible didn’t even finish it. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Went there Thursday evening for dinner. It wasn’t busy. No one acknowledged us. We stood there for 15 minutes with several workers making eye contact with us but not one word said to us. Worst customer service ever. Do better defending would never go back!!
