I’ve given this location multiple chances & this was the last chance I will never go back again! they weren’t even busy it was us & 2 other parties. We sat down around 7 pm & ordered our food waitress came back 20 min later & said the screens went down & she retook our order. Another 30 min go by & our food finally comes to the table. So after 50 min of waiting for our food they still managed to still mess up our order! Food was cold & horrible didn’t even finish it. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Went there Thursday evening for dinner. It wasn’t busy. No one acknowledged us. We stood there for 15 minutes with several workers making eye contact with us but not one word said to us. Worst customer service ever. Do better defending would never go back!!

You know it's bad when tables all around you are not cleaned off, two women were getting up from their tables and refilling their own tables drinks and going into the kitchen. My food had the wrong sauce, asked for ranch and got something spicy which messed with my stomach. They took it back and by time I got it the rest of my table was done eating and ready to go so I didn't even get to enjoy dining out. Got it for takeout instead so I get to eat it at home now. Our waitress didn't even check on us, had to have another person fetch her to even get our check. 10/10 would not recommend and will not be going back to this one.

Love going here for lunch, anytime I'm in town. The restaurant is always quiet and there's maybe 3 tables filled. Staff is friendly and quick. Food is always good as well. Will return!

04/12/2025 - First time visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings in Marion, OH with family and friends. For my cocktail I ordered the Knockout Punch, and for my entree their Triple Bacon Cheeseburger. Big open area with both standard seating and or high top seating. Small outdoor patio out front. Cool bar area. Nice and friendly service despite how busy it was. Great prices. Parking out front just walking distance to the restaurant.
Food is good but the place could use to be cleaned better.

2025 had excellent service! For lunch was concerned it would be slow keeping me from getting back to work. Not yhe case it was very fast. Food came out quickly. Everything was good however sandwich was salty , I was feeling that for a few hours. I'll definitely go back knowing they can get food out fast so I can make my lunch schedule. 😋

Giving a very low score. We waited almost 20 minutes. Never got seated. There were only 2 clean tables. Several servers walked past us never said a word, even the shift manager walked past several times. Once she said someone will be with you shortly. 10 minutes later, still not seated. A couple people walked out shortly after we got there. Definitely not a good experience.
