Giving a very low score. We waited almost 20 minutes. Never got seated. There were only 2 clean tables. Several servers walked past us never said a word, even the shift manager walked past several times. Once she said someone will be with you shortly. 10 minutes later, still not seated. A couple people walked out shortly after we got there. Definitely not a good experience.

I had an horrible experience. This is my son and i's favorite restaurant. Usually a great place to spend father son time and to get great food. My youngest daughter is an extremely picky eater. I stopped and got her six-piece nugget from McDonald's. Get set down and ready to order. Then the power Trip female manager came by our table and said that my daughter couldn't have her chicken nuggets. She wasn't nice about it at all. She came off as extremely rude. You really want to miss out on $80 for six chicken nuggets. Really??? This has been a monthly tradition for the last 2 years and all of a sudden you have a problem with it now? We have literally done the same thing at the same restaurant probably at least 24 times. I will never go back to the Marion Ohio location ever again. Horrible customer service!!!!!!

The place was practically empty (I can see why with all these 1 star reviews). The waitress took our appetizer from us with food still on it (we were not finished, but she did it very quickly). That was about the end of quickness. After getting our food we needed more sauce but was unable due to all of the staff hiding in the corner talking with each other for 20 mins. Had to take my food home because it was cold and we were not able to get what we needed. This place used to be great until the ownership changed years ago. Do better B-Dubs. You are clearly an embarrassment to this community.

Today was the last time I will ever visit the Marion Ohio Buffalo Wild Wings, today was my daughter’s 14th birthday, the wait to get seated took about 15 mins and we were the only ones in line! now I understand they get busy but that is no excuse for the horrible service our waitress gave us! She was chatting with her friend at another table didn’t ask about the rewards and made a face when I was trying to use my rewards. I told the staff it was my daughter’s birthday and they did nothing!!! Both of my children were complaint about our server as well and agreed that we will NEVER go there again! Horrible service I wanted to tell a manager right there on the spot but didn’t since my kids were with me! Total disrespect and worst service all she did was take our order she wasn’t the one who brought our food never came to check on us and then brought the check is all!!! Again horrible service!

I am not one to usually write when I have a bad experience some place. BW3 is a place I order food from often and enjoy going to. The atmosphere is always great, the place is clean, and the food is decent. However, on Saturday November 23, 2024, my family and I chose BW3 as the place to hang out to watch The Ohio State game. From the get go our service was not going well. Our waitress, mixed up drink orders multiple times (simple beers like bud light), and after the initial first round of drinks and food she not one time came back to check on us. If we needed things we had to flag her down and ask. Then usually ask again because she would forget. The place was not busy at all so that did not explain the lack of service. Also, she began "policing" our drink orders, telling us we needed to slow down and saying we needed to order more food. We were not being overly rowdy or disrespectful but the service was so slow that it was taking 10-15 minutes to get a draft beer so we were trying to order a couple at a time or within close succession so as to not have to wait so long. She would not allow us to order two at a time, and maybe that is a bar rule I'm not aware of but then she brought food to our table that we didn't order and charged us for it because she felt we needed to eat more. Also, the portion sizes were lacking in comparison to the price we had to pay for things and she left our dirty, empty plates on the table so long we ended up taking them back to the kitchen ourselves because they sat there for at least an hour. She took glasses a couple of times but only when we held them up to her as she tried to walk away. Then to top things off, after the whole table watched the waitress take the card of the person who paid our tab and bring him back the receipt to sign, we left. She then came out to a couple members of our party that were chatting before leaving and accused us of skipping out on our bill. My remaining family members went back in to find the signed receipt to give to the waitress, which they found within 30 seconds, and heard her bad mouthing us to the kitchen staff and saying we had skipped out on our bill as they went into the kitchen to give her the receipt showing we paid. Overall, this waitress gave our table the worst service I've ever had at a restaurant. I wanted to go back and say something and realized, it wouldn't matter. I came here instead to share and say service and quality of food is going way down at the Marion BW3, especially for a $400 bill. I won't be dining at this establishment anytime soon.

BW3 please do not respond with you are sorry for this and to fill out the survey on the receipt as I have seen that posted on the last couple reviews and yet your servers are still rude, unprofessional and driving your business away. My family and I are not looking for compensation especially from a place we don't plan to come to again for a while. What I want is for you to hold your staff accountable for their actions and improve your service.

Server was great wish I got her name. It was freezing in there never took off coat. Food was awful some of the parties came out others didn’t. It was cold even on the “freshly” brought out ones.

* I emailed back like I was asked on the 2nd and no reply. Guess don’t want us back?

Worst wings I have ever had. They were overcooked and all bone and no meat. Also wanted wanted the boneless wings for my son and fiancé to be different flavors and they weren’t. The boneless were also the smallest I have ever had. Do not recommend wasting your money here.

Waitresses talked over at the bar most of the time. Took them forever to give us the food silverware or drinks. Food was cold ruined the entire time. Maybe take the bar out so the waitresses actually does her job? There also was a baby at the bar? Why?
