Recently changed menus so when I went to make my order, I ordered the usual. When I tried to get it corrected, the manage would not work with me, said it was my own fault for ordering the wrong item, which I get, but he just kept ignoring me after that. I would have been fine ordering the right item as just the sandwich, but he wouldn't even take an additional order. Just poor customer service.

My food was hot and fresh hut the onion rings have shrunk in size and no longer worth the high price for minced onion rings.
Ordered via Doordasb. Dasher went abobe and beyond. Burger King, not so much. Ordered a meal and a chcocolate shake. Shake arrived in a medium drink cup half full, hardly any chocolate. Dasher inquired about the shake, was told that is how shakes come now. Almost a $5 shake, not flavored correctly and comes half way filled. Needless to say I will no longer be ordering or visiting this location again. I'll stick to my goto, Golden Arches, not far up the road from BK.

Hope your dasher is a "loyal" one because if not they give your food away but don't worry! You can message doordash and get your money back and wait an extra 1hr and a half because your dasher was just trying to do their job but they decided that remaking your order isn't their problem when they messed it up. Btw your "trusted" dasher didn't get me my order which they took so hope they enjoyed it and didn't give it to someone else who was probably equally as frustrated.
You know, BK is one you can count on to be consistent! Sure the fries may smell like fish sometimes. For the most part the food is exactly as you'd want. The service is pretty consistent too. BK is a reliable restaurant chain. Much appreciation for the staff.

Tonight 12/13/24 was the worse service we have ever experienced. Waited about 5 minutes at the ordering board until they finally asked what we wanted. Only one car at the window at this time. After we waited about 8 minutes at the window the onion rings were cold. Ordered extra mayonnaise on both original chicken sandwiches. One had regular amount, 2nd one had no mayonnaise. The truck that was right behind me the whole time was still at the ordering screen when I was pulling off with my cold food.
