Edit: Still being trash service. Put the sauce on the damn burgers! Yall skimp everyrhing! The ratio for sauce to burger isn't enough. Then when I ask for alittle more so I'm not eating a dry burger they get nasty with you. You only put a teaspoon of it on my sandwich ma'am!! This place hasn't changed since the last reviews I gave. I'll just start driving clear to Delaware Ave. They never miss. Tonight was the first time in 2 months I decided to dinner here. The time said they close at midnight so i get there at 9:45. Im waiting in the drivethru behind 4 other cars one of which was still at the speaker. The line wasnt moving and when it finally did and i got to the speaker at 9:57..the girl said sorry we are closed due to only having 4 people working. I said ive been waiting in line 15 mins (and im the last car at that). She said sorry were closed. I Waited 15 mins just to get to the speaker and was the VERY LAST car in line and you cant take me due to short staff? They helped everyone else before me and had no issues the entire shift, but theyre closing at that very moment bc they have 4 people! If that was the case why did you help everyone infront of me too?! You just wanted to close at 10 instead and i just so happened to be the last car right before that regardless of how long i sat there and that the time on the doors and online says 12!!The even bigger kicker here...i sat in the parking lot in the plaza in view of the speaker and pickup window trying to decide what to do from there and saw them continue to help 2 other cars that pulled up food handed out. There was no reason to turn me away and at that pointnof deeing them take 2 pepple after they turned me away i was very upset. The manager shouldve told them get that last car then shut it down. If ur going to close early all the time, change the times online and on the door. No wonder that place gets a bad rap bc they cant get it together and do things like this. If anyone wants BK make the drive across town to Delaware Ave. (Which i went to tonight afterward and they also had 4 people working and were doing just fine still taking orders amd said they had custo.ers complaini g about Mou t Vernon Ave location all the time. They are open the times that are posted as well. No early closing etc!!)They have ALWAYS did good for me and anyone else i hear from. Never an issue from them. Dont give Mt Vernon your business. They don't deserve it.

You definitely need to get pickled whopper and pickle fries ? so yummy and delicious ? hope whoever made this whopper wins a million bucks and they keep it on the menu you will spend 10.98 for whopper and pickle fries ?

Spent $40 to get fries and onion rings with no zesty sauce as requested because they fail to have any care about doing their jobs and actually serving you. The manager that was on duty at 9pm October 13th thinks it's a funny joke and honestly needs evaluated. I will never visit this location again. The other burger king is full of fun loving individuals. This one is a joke and the workers there tonight even more so. I recommend wendys if you need fast food on mt vernon ave.

We ordered our food and we was missing 2 whopper which is the main part of the meal, that’s a little insane that someone could forget the main part of someone’s meal. Very disappointed in the lack of focus of the employees to not notice 2 main burgers wasn’t in the bag. I worked in food service as a manager for 3 years and the bag should have been double checked before leaving the building it’s a little ridiculous.

You raised your 8 pc chicken nuggets from $2.49 to $2.99. That's a 20% increase. I purchased. They were the worst I've ever had. So. When you raise prices by a lot....do you really want to shovel out worse food?

The girl at the window was not willing to up sale me anything I even ask about a drink but I saved the money bc the onion rings was cold and soggy the burger party wasn’t even warm! Always smells good during day but tonight ?

Well to start off with at the beginning of this year a bacon double cheeseburger was 3.29, it is now 4.09 for the same sandwich. Wouldn't be as much of a issue if you actually took orders and served people instead of horse playing around in the building. So you charge more for worse service, potentially no service as I received, Because I don't have ten minutes to sit in a empty line.
Seems like the Original.Chicken sandwich is half the size it used to be and triple the cost!

The drive through lady was extremely fast and was correct on my order. I especially liked it when she read back my order. Asked me questions, I wasn't even thinking about on my food. I'm glad she did. I always love cheese on my whopper. And suggesting other things like up sizing my meal. Always polite when I come. And has left me with a smile. Of anyone needs a raise it's her.
