The food is wonderful! I have never had a better Reuben than the one I ate here. The peanut butter pie is amazing, not too sweet and full of flavor!

Tasty food and local! We stopped here for lunch and had one of the best meals of our entire almost 3 week vacation. Nothing fancy but all tasty. My husband had the beef vegetable soup and declared it one of the best he ever had. My pasta salad side was homemade- just the right amount of dill pickles and mayonnaise for the dressing. We enjoyed the onion rings as an appetizer- yummy! Finished the meal sharing a piece of cherry blackberry pie that had the flakiest crust and homemade fruit filling. Stop here if you are passing through. You won’t be disappointed! Daily specials too!
Best soups in Marion. The Comfort sandwiches and cup of soup are awesome. Haven't had a full dinner meal yet because the sandwiches are so good.
I went to Carlyle's on Saturday with friends. I hadn't been there in several years, and I forgot how much I enjoyed it. With the first bite the memories came back. Great food, great service, and Tracy is a great guy.
This was my first visit to Carlyles. I was absolutely impressed by the food and the service. Will be back. I had the walleye, fries and slaw. Delicious 😋
