We had never heard of Charleys, so we stopped for lunch. It was late, 2 or 3ish. We went inside, there was no one in front, but I could hear someone in the back, so I figured they were short staffed. We sat down and got the app. While we were doing this, someone came around the counter and was super nice, and asked if we would like to order. I told him I was just going to order from the app, it was no big deal. He apologized again and I asked about help. He said they were late, we talked about it for a minute and he went back to it. A few minutes later 2 employees showed up and got to work. I found out while we were eating he is the district manager. Super nice.
Now the food -
We both really liked what we got. Fries were great, and my sandwich was awesome. I got the chipotle chicken. We will eat this chain again if we see one .

I had ordered the wrong Philly I didn’t realize there is two diff philly’s & I just wanna say that Tim the DM is an outstanding manager let alone human being! Charley’s should def give him his flowers & a raise ASAP!! Don’t ever let him go. He’s so sweet & kind & wants to make things right. & he throws down in that kitchen esp them REAL wings! Tysm TIM ‼️??

Okay, the best Cheesesteakes outside of Philly. The food is just incredible and the employees were so nice and just made you feel at home. The sandwich is so full of food you have to eat with a knife and fork. And it's hot, fresh and tastes fantastic. If you want a true food experience this is the place to do that.
Parking: It's a little confusing to park and exit because of the odd footprint of the building.

Loved everything I ordered. Got the Philly chicken sub, fries, hot wings and a strawberry lemonade!! Must try! Service was excellent as well. Very friendly and very eager to serve.

Food was great. I had moderate expectations, I was just hungry for a hot Philly Cheesesteak but I was very pleasantly surprised how good it was. It was the steak Philly. Never had one before. I'll be back.

Sandwiches were small and made incorrectly. The seasoned fries were just regular fries with so much seasoning shaken on top we couldn't eat them. Very salty. The cashier was very friendly but that was the only positive about the place.

My husband brought me some food, I got the Chicken California with fries and it was amazing. The food was fresh, and the way it was made was not sloppy. Definitely a 5 star for me. Keep up the good work.

Prices don't match what is on menu Employees said Mgr required them to separate charges when getting a combo meal. Should be 15.97 plus .25 tax for drink for the take out meal. Charged over 18.00 for meal. Only 2.00 over charge but multiply that by the number of customers a day and it adds up fast! Asked for mgt..none there asked who to talk to and employees didn't know.

I go out of my way to go to this place every time I’m in Marion and hands down will eat here over any other fast food or sit down place in Marion. It’s always SO good and the guys are always so nice. Great job! Thank you for being here.
