HORRIBLE experience with pick up and we will never come back. We arrived 15 minutes after scheduled pickup time and they marked it complete in the app but hadn’t started the order. They started it after we arrived in restaurant. I couldn’t mark it as “late” on the app because they lied and marked it as ready when it was not. We finally got our order 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready.

I'll start off by saying the food is always great here but this place leaves much to be desired. The new high protein menu is a ripoff. I paid 4 bucks for the chicken one and it's literally just a small side cup of chicken, nothing like what it's advertised as which is really messed up. Also the customer service could be better like greeting people having a smile on your face. Also why be so skimpy with the vinaigrette. Half the time it's out but even when they do have it theres barely any in the cup. I would ask for more than one but they would probably try to charge me for it. Getting sides of stuff is frustrating because you can't do it in the app so I have to hold up the line. 7.0/10 not bad not great just needs some work

I placed an order online and they were unable to make my order properly and didn’t notify me. They stated that they don’t carry hard taco shells, they were out of chips, and they were out of vinaigrette. They never refunded me for the chips that I paid for and my overall experience was horrible. I would have made the choice to cancel my entire order if they would have let me know everything they were out of.
