Walked in waited through the long line, they had 4 people on the line trying to figure out one online order, making random tortillas. I watched 2 employees take food out of a bowl and put it back into the hot pans. I've worked at chipotle and that is just unacceptable by terms of service and quality control. Had employees fighting and bickering going "stop talking to me" while sitting there with a line to the door. Meanwhile the manager is just sitting at the register watching the employees goof off. This is place is a joke and disgusting will never be coming back.

Just picked up a $100 order for my team! When we ordered we put names on every order. Pick up the order and not a single thing is labeled. So now everyone is cutting into all the food to figure out what belongs to who. Also, one of the burritos looked like it was toddler sized. This is ridiculous! Just in case anyone is wondering….they were tipped! Do better!

Was just there wouldn't give us double chicken for my bowl or double wrap her wrap. Very rude an attitude cause we wanted certain things how we like it. Bad service an nothing really fresh. Get workers who want to work.instead of complain

They had no grilled peppers of any.... kind or lettuce for bowls, my Husband asked about the lettuce for the salads and was told that's for people who are getting salads? Plus no carry out bags, this is Marion Ohio Chipotle. The Corporation makes it very difficult to contact them about their stores?

Decent place, but their price inflation is going up faster than gas prices and it is to the point it is not worth paying that much for. Less than 2 years ago, my normal meal was only $12.60, today costed me 17$. Definitely not returning back here.

Went to Chipotle Marion on Thursday 12/05/24 around 8pm and they were out of fajitas and vinegarette which is 2 of the ingredients my wife puts in her bowl so we decided not to order and left. Came back today Saturday 12/07/24 around 8pm and they were out again. We were told they had been out since around 6pm because morning crew didn't prep enough. We left again without food. The restaurant does not close until 11pm. This is the only location I go to that consistently seems to be out of something. Your team needs to adjust their prep levels or even better they should cook fresh food until a later time than 3 to 5 hours before close. I would like someone to contact me and make this right, then hopefully help the management team to prevent continuous failure.

It's 815pm on a Thursday they are open until 11 pm and out of fajita, and the dressing. Normally, we come, and they are out of chicken or steak. It's always something. All I wanted for dinner was Chipotle, and once again, I was let down.
