I'll start off by saying the food is always great here but this place leaves much to be desired. The new high protein menu is a ripoff. I paid 4 bucks for the chicken one and it's literally just a small side cup of chicken, nothing like what it's advertised as which is really messed up. Also the customer service could be better like greeting people having a smile on your face. Also why be so skimpy with the vinaigrette. Half the time it's out but even when...

Food from this location is typically really good. Tables were dirty, spilled drink on the floor sat the entire time we were there, no ice for drinks and napkins were empty once again.

We go to this location about every other week for lunch, and it’s hit or miss. When it’s good, it’s really good. Sometimes, our bowls are nice and full and we can get 2 meals out of them. Other times, however, it’s like you get about 5 pieces of chicken and the bowl barely gives you 1 meal. The bags of chips are also hit or miss; we often get MAYBE a decent handful of chips, and more than once, the chips haven’t been edible because they are undercooked, soaked in oil...
