My all time favorite ice cream shop!!! Best blizzard ever peanut butter krunch.... yummy. I posted this originally years ago and have spent hundreds of dollars since then at this location. Lately the service has been crap from the teenagers not all of them but some and tonight was the icing on the cake I'll never be back again. After not being given a receipt or the option to get one they messed my order up and refused to fix it. Absolutely told me she had to have my receipt to prove what I ordered when I'm holding a milkshake to return in my hand. How dumb is that why would I bring one back if it was right. I'm done with this location.
Nothing fried,just microwaved after being boiled to death.My husband received a brat that resembled an appendage off The Walking Dead...gray on the outside with a bullseye of pink...couldn't tell if it was under or over cooked.He brought it inside and was verbally accosted by an older lady and a teenager stating the brats were cooked for ten hours AND microwaved...delicious! I suggest one eats only ice cream at this particular Dairy Queen.

The next time we go to the Marion Dairy Queen, I'm going to order a cup of plain vanilla ice cream. Then, my wife is going to dump a bunch of pre-broken Oreo cookies with the ice cream into a blender...and just mix it all up in front of the drive through window.

So I go through Dairy Queen today to get a small smoothie, and I ask the girl at the window how she was doing. She started to reply and then gave me the dirtiest look when she saw me which really hurt my feelings and made me feel like less of a person. I think that these kids now a days need to learn how to treat people and that includes Megan. Treat your employees to be kind!
