If you want to sit in line got 10 minutes and have 3 maybe 5 people merge in front of you on the mobile app. Come here, then you'll get to the front of the line just to find out they no longer have your donuts. I rarely get the right stuff i order and they go through staff like crazy. Can't wait for this place to shut down

We were really excited when this placed opened. Lived near one in Columbus prior to moving to Marion. Nearly every single time we would go or order online here at the Marion store, they were out of this or out of that. These were always early-mid morning, mind you. So we just flat out quit going. Against my better judgement, went earlier in the week. It wasn't even 2:00 pm yet, and no boston cream, no jelly, and no cream filled. So at this point, I'm no longer patronizing this place. Tim Hortons is the same way. Thank you Andrew's Pastries for being there for us, as these chains just aren't reliable for anything. Gave the food a 3 because when they actually have what we want, it's not bad. The people working there are nice and all too, but it's hard to want to go there when you never have anything, so we're just done with it.

This place needs a complete overhaul on its staff. Have not had a single good experience the three times I've bought food here. Sandwiches are always either under or over cooked, items will be missing from the order, and service is horribly slow. Do yourself a favor and avoid.

Did the drive thru tonight and want to thank your drive thru team for such great service and so friendly.. We will definitely be back..only one thing, ask the manager to stock up on his stirring sticks please other than that 100% love it

They seem to always be our if something and im not sure what the long wait is always about. They are less busy than Starbucks but waaaaay slower.
Very slow, the order ahead lane should be the 2nd window instead of cutting everyone else off. Also the app should allow you yo customize your drink. I cannot order ahead what I get.

We have been going here since this location opened and have been to locations around the country. We have noticed the quality is going down over the past few months. Nothing is fresh, and the frosting is consistently runny and thin. The picture here is of donuts that have laid flat. We have never seen frosting look like this at another location or donut shop. Maybe they are thinning out the frosting to save money? After this visit, we have decided we need to buy donuts elsewhere. This inability to implement feedback from all of the reviews here and on Facebook shows the owners do not care and is very sad for Marion.
