Not the first time this has happened. Place a order in person pay for order then told they don't have the flavor. The same person that put the order in then told me that the flavor was discontinued on Aug. 20th, so why did you sell it to me then? If you can tell me it was discontinued and the date you should know not to sell it. And then I had to go back in because they forgot the cold foam that I paid extra for. Staff was pretty rude.

I got 2 breakfast sandwiches and then a drink this morning I loved the drink but the 2 breakfast sandwiches I bit into one and it tasted like straight burnt plastic opened the other one and it just reeked of that burnt plastic smell tried calling them 2 times for a refund or something but never got an answer I also put time between the calls because ik how fast food is

If you want to sit in line got 10 minutes and have 3 maybe 5 people merge in front of you on the mobile app. Come here, then you'll get to the front of the line just to find out they no longer have your donuts. I rarely get the right stuff i order and they go through staff like crazy. Can't wait for this place to shut down

We were really excited when this placed opened. Lived near one in Columbus prior to moving to Marion. Nearly every single time we would go or order online here at the Marion store, they were out of this or out of that. These were always early-mid morning, mind you. So we just flat out quit going. Against my better judgement, went earlier in the week. It wasn't even 2:00 pm yet, and no boston cream, no jelly, and no cream filled. So at this point, I'm no longer patronizing this place. Tim Hortons is the same way. Thank you Andrew's Pastries for being there for us, as these chains just aren't reliable for anything. Gave the food a 3 because when they actually have what we want, it's not bad. The people working there are nice and all too, but it's hard to want to go there when you never have anything, so we're just done with it.

This place needs a complete overhaul on its staff. Have not had a single good experience the three times I've bought food here. Sandwiches are always either under or over cooked, items will be missing from the order, and service is horribly slow. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
