House of Hunan definitely has the best Chinese food in town, hands down! The service has been hit or miss the last couple of times we've ordered from here. Management has always been great about any issues with our orders, which has only been a few times since coming here. I definitely recommend House of Hunan over any other restaurant in town, especially if you're in the mood for Chinese!

Very distinct Asian cuisine and decor provide a very nice dine in experience for guests. Wait staff was dressed neat and restaurant was very tidy. Cashew Chicken was excellent.

Walked inside and ordered eggrolls. I asked to have them made fresh and that I was happy to wait for them to be made fresh. I left a 35% tip for the special request. 30 seconds later my food is ready. I ask if these were just made and the kid says "yeah they are fresh". I get home and the eggrolls are luke warm at best.This place used to be awesome and now I can't get fresh food even when I specifically ask for it.

I went in today for Valentine’s Day with my wife the food was horrid I couldn’t even get through a bite and the service was sub par at best I was left unattended the entire meal and was only asked about things as I was getting my bill and was offered another meal to replace after my wife had already finished and it was time to go … it was a horrible experience I can’t believe they even had the audacity to charge me at that point lost a customer for life !

We are long time patrons and have always enjoyed the friendly service and the atmosphere. In the past the food has been great, and it is one of our favorite places in Marion. The past two times we have eaten there we were disappointed with our food. I wonder if someone new is cooking ?. Way too spicy hot . Almost unbarable. Hope they figure this out.

Went for lunch, however, there is no wait service at lunch. You will receive your food in to-go containers. You may still eat on their tables, but there's no wait staff. Kind of like picnicking in the restaurant.
