The food was very good, however sloppily made. Too messy, but delicious. That’s not the issue. The staff ignore you here until they find it convenient to speak to you. A simple, “Hi, welcome to Jersey Mike’s we’ll be right with you!” Could go a long way. We’ve had this problem multiple times, and I get reminded of how little they care about their customers each time we stop in. It’s not the food. It’s the apathy. I’ve never been to a restaurant that cared so little for their own customers standing right in front of them.

The most unprofessional and ridiculous experience I have had here. My sub was not only made extremely sloppy and wrapped horribly. The two employees were severely untrained, confused, and not communicating. Disappointed.

I’ve tried the cold subs and the hot subs. I can say I’ve never been disappointed with any selection I’ve tried. This sub places blows all of the other sub places out of the water. I also appreciate the staffing at this location. They are all so polite and make you feel so welcomed. Way to go Jersey Mikes employees!

I am so excited to have a jersey mikes here in Marion and the experience was amazing I wasn’t quite sure what I wanted so they suggested the most popular subs I ended up getting an Italian and it was delicious freshly made and nice and staff was also incredible and super friendly

I really like Jersey Mike's but at this location I ordered a simple COLD sub and the guy that took the order just wandered off. The customer that came in after me ordered 4 subs and they started making his skipping over me despite me standing right there. They only have 1 meat slicer so it was going to take a lot longer than I wanted and was upset they skipped me. I told them and walked out. I highly doubt I return to this location again.
