The food was very good, however sloppily made. Too messy, but delicious. That’s not the issue. The staff ignore you here until they find it convenient to speak to you. A simple, “Hi, welcome to Jersey Mike’s we’ll be right with you!” Could go a long way. We’ve had this problem multiple times, and I get reminded of how little they care about their customers each time we stop in. It’s not the food. It’s the apathy. I’ve never been to a restaurant that cared so...

I’ve tried the cold subs and the hot subs. I can say I’ve never been disappointed with any selection I’ve tried. This sub places blows all of the other sub places out of the water. I also appreciate the staffing at this location. They are all so polite and make you feel so welcomed. Way to go Jersey Mikes employees!
