Up until my last two orders which were delivered, I loooved this Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are not as well put together as they were when I initially began eating here, and the customer service is lacking. No unkindness, but it appears there is a gross lack of knowledge of how best to serve customers. This begins with and was especially evident when today, Wednesday, November 13, 2024, when I spoke with a gentleman who identified himself as the manager. Previously, when I spoke with the manager, not this gentleman, issues were managed. Delivery time was more than triple than any other time. Needless to say, my dealings with Jimmy John's will be minimal, if at all. I certainly will no longer have food delivered. There will be no need to direct me to communicate with the store manager as I have tried and failed with this. Thank you.

Parking: It's a shared lot with smoothie king and a motel. If you aren't from around here it is a bit different getting in and out.

Italian sub was ok. I think they should ask if you want it toasted. I’ve never had an Italian sub that came cold. Service was fast though.

We stopped on our way home from a trip up north. We stopped to get something for on the way home. Food wasn't bad nor was the service. Except a young man who kept running his fingers through his hair. No hat, no hairnet. Walked around like he was the best thing to happen to humanity. Didn't was his hands an proceeded to make a drink dipping his hands, freshly ran through his greasy looking locks, into the ice machine to make a drink. Walked up and down the line watching sandwiches being made while still "styling" his hair. No hat or hair net anywhere.
The music was way too loud. Felt like I was in a club. I don't mind music playing, infact I listen to music at a higher volume, but this is too loud.

Freaky SLOW! Walked in only ones there. Had to wait a few min to order no big deal. My co worker and I placed our orders and it took 10 min before our order was ready. Normally at other Jimmy Johns even with drive thru's also it's ready before you finish paying. Not here and to top all that the gal gave my food and my coworkers to two separate strangers. We had to say Hey I think those are our meals. They also didn't give us napkins. Freaky Crazy! Freaky SLOW !
