We get subs from here a couple times a month. Food is always good. However, tonight around 6pm, I went through the drive thru with my daughter. I sat at the order window for at least 5 minutes and nobody had come on the intercom. Finally, I gave a hello into the speaker and a lady came on the intercom stating they would be with me in a moment. I sat there for another 5+ minutes and nobody ever came back to the intercom so I drove off. The whole time, a worker was sitting in the parking lot in their car with the driver door open witnessing this and did nothing. Unacceptable, poor service.

Will never return based in price alone. Over $20 for most subs now is REDICULOUS. This used to be a nice alternative to Subway, no longer. Even Jersey Mikes down the road is cheaper now (and better)

I ordered a hot sandwich that should have came with provolone cheese, didn't have. The other sandwich should have been cold, instead was toasted. Ordered a pickel quartered, didn't receive, at least didn't pay for.

Hardly go to JJ Thought a cold sub sounded good on this hot day for myself and husband I was the only one in the drive and noone in the store Took forever Also after repeating the order 3x, and the receipt being correct, the order was still not right The sub with no onions had onions The sub that wanted onions had none For people that dont like onions, there's a reason for it. It ruins the taste if you dont like them. $20

the place is OK I stop here maybe once a week the people pretty friendly but they get one star from my last experience. I bought two sandwiches and a bottle of Sprite they had to go get the Sprite from the back because the front cooler wasn’t working and when I got in my truck and I opened The bottle it exploded and made a big mess. it’s either it was dropped and they still gave it to me or was shaken intentionally I Can’t really tell because they brought it from the back but One thing I know that it made a big mess all over myself and my vehicle and that wasn’t a good feeling
Blake was so patient with us when we were ordering we had no idea what we wanted but he was so helpful.

Food and customer service is great the GM Lori Is really friendly nice to her crew I’m a regular Leo,Brayden, Malaki, David,kaleb,Blake are really nice employees and hard-working they make the shop look great The night crew is super friendly and super nice great work!
