Worst KFC EVER! Food took 35 minutes. When it arrived order was wrong but we ate it anyway. Chicken was extremely oily so much so it reeked of oil.
The breading on extra crispy was extremely hard.
The service was worse than the food. On top of everything else the place was dirty. Would like to give a negative rating. Do NOT eat here.
The franchisee should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!

I was overcharged on my meal order. When I complained and show her that I was overcharged she would not offer me a refund. They wanted to offer me more food. Don't go here you've been warned

I use to love Kfc . But this location is terrible always out of stuff and don't offer to make it. If they do have it they don't put it in your bag .So you have to either go back or do without and get ripped off .And if you try to call to get credit they never answer the phone. So you have to check your bags before you leave to make sure you have everything while holding everyone up in the drive thru line.My last visit all of this happened and It will be my last visit.Almost every time they are out of chicken breast and always out of extra crispy . And don't even think about trying to order it ahead because they will not answer the phone and the website is never working.Also the place is very dirty they need to clean up after themselves as they go.It looked aweful and that was from the drive thru window. Corporate and mgmt are not doing their job.Also the prices are way to high!

Every time I stop here to buy food it’s always a long wait and funny enough there is rarely a line so why is there always such a long wait ?? Today I went the wait was 10 min wait but then when I got my meal the chicken was cold in the middle hot on the outside and soaked in BLACK old oil…. This is absolutely unacceptable I wouldn’t recommend this Marion location to my worst enemy. I love kfc and it sucks that I have to drive all the way to Delaware to get good services and quality chicken when I literally live 5 minutes away from this kfc here

I ordered a 2 piece all white and got a greasy 2 piece all dark. It was so greasy that the box was soaked through. The chicken tenders were so old and tough that there were also inedible.
Worst experience I have ever had! I would give a zero if I could
Miss half of the food from the package. I bough fill a box and chicken nugget and biscuit are both missing.

This is the 4th time i’ve ordered with this location and received a famous bowl rather than a pot pie. It’s every time i order. refused a refund, but offered to replace it, i informed the worker that i can’t make it back to the store for my replacement, worker then hung up after telling me he was going to write my name down in a book. Never asked my name. Drive thru order.
