I ordered a 2 piece all white and got a greasy 2 piece all dark. It was so greasy that the box was soaked through. The chicken tenders were so old and tough that there were also inedible.

This is the 4th time i’ve ordered with this location and received a famous bowl rather than a pot pie. It’s every time i order. refused a refund, but offered to replace it, i informed the worker that i can’t make it back to the store for my replacement, worker then hung up after telling me he was going to write my name down in a book. Never asked my name. Drive thru order.

Went through the drive thru we ordered 3 meals and only got two. And charged us for all three
I paid for an upgrade of all white chicken and when I got home, I discovered that I didn’t have all white meat
5$ 2 piece meal is my favorite

Ridiculous expensive amd the food quality has gone down. No interest in going back.

Placed a pickup order online, and when we showed up to pick it up, had to wait an additional 25 minutes. Just standing and waiting. The staff was not either friendly or unfriendly, they just didn't acknowledge any customers. No apology about the wait. If the food can't be ready for the time selected, it shouldn't allow the selection to be made. That alone will make me think twice about ordering there again.

Went thru the drive thru, and the woman was pretty rude like she was having a bad day. Then got to the window she didn't have our order was trying to give us someone else's order. Didn't give us a straw so my husband asked 3 times for a straw, and I had to finally asked and she slammed the window at us so hard I'm surprised the window didn't break. It was a bad experience. If you are having a bad day keep it to yourself when you work in customer service you need not to show it.
