You guys have problems. If you're supposed to be open till 11:00 that means open and serving food. If you don't have the items on your menu because you don't cook after 10pm, close your door, turn your sign off, or whatever you got to do so consumers are not wasting time. Also turn off your doordash if your stuff's not available. It looks like pure trickery hoping that people will show up to pick their order up and just take whatever you got left over that's been sitting for min. of 1hr cuz you refuse to cook anywhere near and after 10p since you start clean up early so crew can take off at 11p instead of continuing to properly operate providing all items until 11p. Get it together you guys got issues over there. General management needs to clean house seriously.

Nobody would answer phone after ringing 50 times. App to order online would not work that's why I tried to call. Cust service SUCKS !!!! You lost a good sale.

you lose a lot of business simply because the people who work here are rude on the drive thru speaker i can spend my money else where i don’t come to kfc to be quizzed on the menu and talked stupid too you lost my money and business at this location
Was very upset with them. I went through the drive thru an order 3 pieces of dark meat. Got home and only had 2. Tried calling them a few times to complain and their line was constantly busy. Not happy. Spent almost 8.00$ for 2 pieces of chicken.

Chicken was off again, 8.99 for a 3 piece dinner an if you don't tell them you want coleslaw your going back to get it. Even it was off, dry. Guess it will be a very long time if ever i go back. 8.99 3 piece. I know its (high prices) everywhere. 5 $ chicken bowel was 5$ well 2 of them an 2 very small cole slaws 19.+ FM

They don't fry the chicken long enough. Breading was pale and soggy on my sandwich. Was given barely any fries and they were upside down in the bag. Lee's Chicken across town will treat you right.

Ordered online, the process tells me where they are at in the progress:Order submittedPreparing orderOrder ready for pick upI get there to pick up my order, there are 2 cars in front of me. I tell them I am there to pick up my online order. The 2 cars in front of me get their buckets of chicken and whatever else was in the bags and I get to the window and I'm told to pull up to wait on my order. My order CLEARLY said ready for pick up. This eye rolling basic female comes out to give me my food, I ask her why I had to wait for it and she said, "we had to make it". CLEARLY it said ready for pick up 10 minutes ago. I ordered online to pick up and STILL had to wait on it, this is a pointless app if that's the case.
