Went through the drive through 2x this month. They never have anything hot and ready. Waited 20 minutes before anyone cane to the window. The second time , I ordered a pizza and crazy bread and they said 20 minutes. I waited 40 after thev20 minutes to get my food. Terrible service and not ran properly

Ordered a pizza told 20 to 25 mins ended up being over an hour had to remake it they gave it to someone else offered crazy bread but sitting in the parking lot for an hour is not crazy bread worthy it's not coming back worthy

The picture says it all. I waited 50 minutes for this.
Ordered at 659pm, arrived at 720pm for drive thru pick up. Checked the tracker, pizza still says order received. Sat and waited in parking lot.
Pizza didn't get put into oven until 734pm. Finally received pizza at 750pm.
Some cars sat in drive thru in excess of 10 minutes at the window waiting.
While this is going on, 3 employees decided it was a perfect time for a smoke break with a line of cars halfway around the building.
This is poor management, and the workers leave something to be desired in work ethic.
Will never use the Marion Ohio Little Caesars again.

If I could give this location a zero I would. ESPECIALLY in the service category. We placed our order on the app and paid for it in advance. When I got to the actual location, the directions asked me to pull around to the drive thru window as I usually do. After sitting in the lane for 5 minutes, 3 other cars got in line behind me. Another 5 minutes went by and I could see the staff inside so I waved and he looked at me but kept working. I opened the drive through window in the attempt to let the other staff know there was a line waiting. The woman walked to the window and was extremely rude and yelling at us to park because she didn't have time to help us right now. I went inside and there was a crown forming from the cars outside waiting. She came out front and let us all know she hadn't made any app or call in orders so we could either wait an hour or two or just leave. I asked for our money back and she said it was too bad but next time come and wait, not use the app. She then told everyone that she had no pizzas ready so everyone needed to leave and come back later. One man said he had been waiting a while for a pizza the other person was making and she said it was never made so he could wait an hour or not. I'll never use this place again.

Never again. I mean their pizza is ok and their crazy bread is great but I can get better pizza elsewhere without the hassle. 1st time having an issue my husband called and placed an order and got there to pick it up and they said they never got the order, like what?!? Well today we placed an order online at 3:40pm and put that we were going to pick it up at 4:45pm. That gave them AN HOUR to have 2 pizzas and 3 orders of crazy bread ready. I get there at exactly 4:45pm and pull up to the window and she said it would be another 40 minutes because there was still 10-12 orders ahead of us. Ok, HOW!?!?!? Especially when we ordered online an hour beforehand. I told her that's ok I'll order somewhere else. Went to dominos instead and it was ready in 15-20 minutes. And they were BUSY and a packed parking lot. They know how to keep up with the demand obviously. Never going back to little Caesars ever again because this is ridiculous.
