This place will take your money when you do a mobile app and then when you get to the window they tell you they can’t process the order and they want you to pay again and management was worthless in helping the situation

I would never go to McDonald’s on Main St., Marion, OHThis is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been to when I pulled up to the second window. I noticed a cockroach crawling on the outside of the wall right below the window. I told the lady at the window then right after that baby cockroaches followed, totally lost. My appetite didn’t get my money back. Didn’t eat. My food just left this place needs something done with it. I looked out my window at the ground below the window. No wonder they have roach problems. There’s so much nasty dried caked on food and everything else Right where you park to get your food. This place really needs shut down by the health department. I will be letting them know.

So I am sitting here writing this so I don’t forget. This restaurant is filthy. Tables have food waste droppings and wet spills there is paper all over the floors. We watched 2 staff members go out and stand at the front door and smoke cigarettes rather than keep the inside of the restaurant clean. One of those smoking staff members walked right back behind the line and started grabbing food. Is the hand wash sink out of order?
The food was ok. The fries could have been fresher, but they were ok. We had a happy meal with nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal. Those were ok too.
The funny thing is, there is two, what appears to be, higher level management-type people sitting next to us. They literally saw these staff people smoking right outside the front door… you can smell the smoke when the doors open - you know… when those customer people walk in and out in your cloud of smoke…
The upper management people don’t care, then why would the rank-and-file staff care, either. Your staff is a reflection of your leadership or lack thereof.
There is a group of workers just goofing off behind the counter. Still, no cleaning.

3 different tries to get my coffee right and I finally gave up.Update. The latest visit in the drive through seemed to take longer than normal and one person manning both lanes but I got what I ordered at the delivery windows

I travel alot, As for McDs, the food is pretty consistant but Marion seems to have very fresh buns. Something needs to change in deliverie system. 4 out of 10 orders are wrong consistantly. They have incredible morning coffee, just check order and receipt every time before leaving window.

We hardly ever come here anymore because they can never get our order right or items are always missing even though I always order online for pickup to ensure my order is placed exactly how everyone in my family wants it but every single time they are unable to properly fulfill any breakfast, lunch, or dinner orders. Everytime I come inside the drink station is absolutely disgusting, usually covered in fresh and old sticky pop so you can't even set your drink or bags anywhere on the counter to be able to fill your drinks. There is a particular breakfast manager who goes above and beyond to be the absolute rudest worst manager she can possibly be anytime I do give this place a chance and she's working it's absolute chaos, 40 minute wait times in drive thru, orders wrong and completely missing items, if you see a blonde girl with glasses working breakfast here just leave, she'll pack your order wrong and then give you the worst attitude when you bring it back to be fixed even if you're not rude to her at all she'll still treat you like you're a giant burden to her for wanting your order to be right.

I did not have a good experience. The women’s bathroom looked like it had not been checked as the toilets were full. In addition, the floors throughout the store looked they a hadn’t been cleaned in days. I came to allow my daughter to play, but was concerned that the play set hadn’t been disinfected properly. I am born and raised in this community and never seen this store in such bad condition

This Mc Donald's in Marion was horrible.! If there's an old African American lady working the front, don't expect much help from her.. just gripes to herself and other employees about things and shakes her head. .. SMH.. lol she just needs to quit, this isn't the job for her.!
