Not only do they ALWAYS mess up and/OR forget something! I asked if I could BUY a toy & happy meal box to make my autistic son a happy meal , since he's too old for an actual happy mean, but still young enough in the mind for one. I explained in detail why & she shrugged her shoulders at me & said "Nope! Can't do that" I was blown AWAY! Couldn't help out a special needs child?! What kind of people are you?!? Once again another day of either not getting my correct order even when there is 10 people working in the store. Got home saw I'm missing food so had to go back and waited in side for 10 mins for someone off the clock help me with my missing food. Manager walked by not caring cause her shift is over. Tired so many times to give yall a chance and I'm done.

Its McDonald's so you pretty much know what to expect. The store was clean and the girls working the register were nice to bring everything my daughter ordered to the table. She had fun playing in the Playland. Its just terrible the location of this one being in Marion Ohio. There was lots of homeless people loitering about, which isn't necessarily a problem, but one gentleman was pacing around the restaurant, talking loudly on his cellphone about buying,selling, and various methods for doing drugs. Not an environment I wish to bring my child to every other weekend.

Drive thru cashier was VERY RUDE! I actually complained to the manager and how the situation got dealt with. I was purposely ignored when i had a second order to pay for, the cashier rolled her eyes in my face, and she shoved my change at me! The manager apologized but i wanted the rude cashier to apologize cause SHE was the one that acted wrong!

The food is SO YUMMY but when I get the happy meal they don’t give me my extra fries and they also 90% of the time forgot something because one time I THINK they forgot my drink idk but they forgot my cookies and that would just be a waste of money but although ITS YUMMY??
