Good food, drive thru. Don't recommend parking up front just in case if there is ever a line.
I have had cold fries only once, which I just throw away, and other times they are fresh and warm. I left 5 stars because cold fries doesn't happen too much.

When in an order today. Live two minutes away to get home. My fries are ice cold and they're half full. The price you pay there for food if you're gonna give a medium fry, it should be full and at least warm.

Terry that works in the drive through is very rude and unprofessional. I simply went back eith thr messed up food and with proff. Still had a nasty attitude acting like I wanted something free, even after placing a second order.

I would never go to McDonald’s on Main St., Marion, OHThis is the most disgusting place I’ve ever been to when I pulled up to the second window. I noticed a cockroach crawling on the outside of the wall right below the window. I told the lady at the window then right after that baby cockroaches followed, totally lost. My appetite didn’t get my money back. Didn’t eat. My food just left this place needs something done with it. I looked out my window at the ground below the window. No wonder they have roach problems. There’s so much nasty dried caked on food and everything else Right where you park to get your food. This place really needs shut down by the health department. I will be letting them know.

So I am sitting here writing this so I don’t forget. This restaurant is filthy. Tables have food waste droppings and wet spills there is paper all over the floors. We watched 2 staff members go out and stand at the front door and smoke cigarettes rather than keep the inside of the restaurant clean. One of those smoking staff members walked right back behind the line and started grabbing food. Is the hand wash sink out of order?
The food was ok. The fries could have been fresher, but they were ok. We had a happy meal with nuggets and spicy chicken sandwich deluxe meal. Those were ok too.
The funny thing is, there is two, what appears to be, higher level management-type people sitting next to us. They literally saw these staff people smoking right outside the front door… you can smell the smoke when the doors open - you know… when those customer people walk in and out in your cloud of smoke…
The upper management people don’t care, then why would the rank-and-file staff care, either. Your staff is a reflection of your leadership or lack thereof.
There is a group of workers just goofing off behind the counter. Still, no cleaning.
