Probably the worst McDonald's we've ever been to. It was absolutely destroyed when we got there, not a clean table in the place. There's food, trash and spilled drinks all over the floor. The trash cans are overflowing, you have to get buzzed in to the restrooms. The drink station is completely covered in soda. Not a pleasant experience.

It took three employees to take the order at 10am. The food wasn’t ready until 10:30, and they still managed to get it wrong. McDonald’s does have my favourite breakfast but at this location it isn’t worth it… at all.Kid-friendliness: The Happy Meal still brightens a kid’s day.

Ordered and payed on Mobile app. They refused to give my husband my food because he didn't have my phone with him.Now of course trouble getting a
The men's restroom has no soap in it to wash my son's hands before they eat. We sit in the play area with our children waiting on our food and all we can smell is the aroma of urine. Can't even eat my food due to the smell it's that strong. There is still breakfast trash sitting on the floor and it's well after lunch going onto dinner. While we are sitting here we see plenty of associates in the back slacking off while it looks like the owner or district manager of the store is on her laptop in the dining room talking to the police over a dispute with some "homeless" people (their words not mine) fighting and one "threatened another to stab them with a knife" all of this going on while all I'm trying to do is bring my sons into have a quick bite and maybe some enjoyment from the play area while we are here. Sad someone needs to come SCRUB this from head to toe or we won't be back

All together, I waited an hr and a half for service today. The second time I waited for a mobile order which I called beforehand to ask if their ice cream machine was working, because usually none of them ever are. The lady told me yes. I wait over a half an hr get up to the window and the lady says oh no our ice cream machine is down....are u freaking serious so I got a refund needless to say this mc Donald's on north main st in marion ohio sucks! It's always long waits and just sucks. I will travel further distance to the mc Donald's by walmart for now on, although that location probably won't be much better.

Website took forever to load.I messed with it for probally half hour or so but still no luck, sooI couldn't order online. Then waited in drive thru line for 15 mins and THEN they didn't sale what I wanted, which was your family dinner bundle ... but she said that was only online BUT I couldn't do that .... I wasted over an hour of my time....at least the girl taking the order was nice and had a great smile which made my mood a little better.
