I place a breakfast order over $25 at 10:18. I pay and confirm im there at 10:20. I get the window and they say it’s after breakfast hrs and they can’t serve it. So I pay AND confirm and still no food? I worked fast food. Second it’s confirmed yall there it pops your order up. This location is horrible

So I went in to McDonald’s on Marion Waldo Road and they used to have little menus to look at because they do not have any menus hanging up for people to view. For some reason they got rid of the small menus. Which is not a problem For people who can use the kiosk because that has all the menu items on it. But what I am worried about is the older people that don’t know how to use the kiosk or people with developmental disabilities that don’t know how to use the kiosk. It is not OK to not have the menu viewable for customers to know what they are ordering. When I asked the cashier about where the menu was, they said that their general manager made them throw them away. Not everybody is comfortable using the kiosk and should be able to order at the register. I should not have to ask What is available or what is on the menu.

Man this place is hilarious. I already accepted the stupidity of this MCD. If I get anything good from them I'm more scared to why it went well. I went there an asked a question about what was on the menu. The person told me they didn't have it. Well it was on the screen so the employee asked the manager. Hot dang the Manager said we don't have that. So I took a picture. This place never disappoints with the lack of anything.

I go to McDonald's 4 days a week I work 14 to 16 hours a day I am not cooking after work I go mainly for the frys and ice cream yes even in the winter time I want my ice cream but for the last month and a half they tell me they are waiting on a part and it will be good as new come on it does not take that long to get the part I feel they are just saying that. I'm going to start going somewhere else hope your happy with lossing a customer I'm sure your main boss won't be happy

Food is expensively over priced. Also when ordering from the app had to sit before and argue with people to get my order. Also had issues where they said card was declined so went to another place and got food from a different company. Idk what they do in there but I think the training lacks for employees

Slow, staff tends to be ill-informed of their own menu, rarely follow guidelines, food is hit or miss if it's correct

Parking: Plenty. It's in the middle of a mall parking lot.

I placed an order at 0340 and got confirmation that our order was received and started. At 0430 I received a message from our dasher that my order would be refunded do to them only serving breakfast. My dasher was great but he drove out there only to be told they couldn't do the order. I would Love to say this is the first time this has happened but it happens all the time with online orders for the hospital rather it's pick up or delivery. It's getting old. There next favorite thing when picking food up that you ordered is (our system is down and went down at this said time so we only take cash )even tho your ordered was placed 30 minutes to sometimes 40 minutes depending when we take our lunch before said time They claim they didn't get the ordered in time.

No menu on the wall. No receipt. Ordered from the kiosk and took a number but still had to go get my order from the counter?? What's the point of taking a number? Ordered pies and discovered they were 6 hours past the best by time on the box. Mine didn't even have a time on it and it was cold... won't be back to this one.

Waited 13 minutes in the lobby for one cheeseburger and a medium fry (not during peak hours). Staff were standing around talking to their friends on the other side of the counter rather than working. A gentleman who came in 8 minutes after me also got his food first (filet o fish and large fry)

Update: took 20 minutes to get my food, burger was cold but fries were fresh and when I asked about my order the employee seemed annoyed that I was there.

Every time they tell me to “pull forward” to wait for food, I end up waiting over 10 minutes for nothing. Today I waited 20 minutes, and since I’m sick and didn’t want to go inside, drove through the drive thru again to ask for my food. When I got to the window I was asked to pull around, but when I said no and tried to explain why, they closed the window on me. When they finally returned I explained I waited over 20 minutes and no one brought our food. They asked for a receipt, asked for my order twice, and when we finally got food it was cold and stale.
