My partner just went to pick up a mobile order, and immediately was met with a woman shouting that she’s only doing nuggets, fries and drinks. So he pulled out of the drive thru, cancelled the order and placed a new one consisting only of those items. Going back through the drive thru, the woman shouted the same, and claimed she couldn’t see the order because her drive thru screen was off. My partner confirmed the address with this person, and showed her the order at the window. She shrugged and said there was nothing she could do. Now the app won’t let him cancel the order, because it was confirmed at the location. So now we are out money and food. :/

Order 2apple pies at McDonald's on 95... They were all burnt, over done, break your teeth hard. Went through the drive Thur ( inside was closed ) . Drive 4 mins home and everything was cold and put together in box upside-down. Big Mac was put together incorrectly and the fries were dead. Coke taste like sewer. Not to mention the 1/4 pounder was also upside-down in the box.

This was an unfortunate experience for me.There were a long line of cars that had me locked into place other wise I would have left. The service was extremely slow. Taking between three and five minutes per vehicle, with approximately twenty vehicles in line. I was just wanting to grab a quick snack of some fries. So eight dollars and change for 2 large fries. The containers were loosely packed. I wouldn't have minded the four dollars per container.If they were solid packed, but that wasn't the case. I was cheated on 3 levels. Time price and quantity. I never write bad reviews. I just tend to ignore a bad place. I just can't let this one pass. At any rate, it was disappointing enough that I can't. Imagine why I would ever stop at any Mcdonald's ever again. I just don't need them.

I was just there, getting breakfast in the drive thru (8/5/25 right around 6:25am). I got sausage gravy and biscuits, a hash brown, side of bacon and orange juice. I work 3rd shift. I drive right past this McDonald's on my way home. I'm new to the Marion area and was really looking forward to making this McDonald's a staple in my week for breakfast. Yesterday my oj was room temperature. Today my hash brown was cold, my orange juice was watered down, and ever so slightly colder than room temperature. How are hashbrowns cold already at 6:25 in the morning? With this being said, I saved the worse for last. While waiting on my food, there was a blonde lady, hair in a ponytail, with a light grey kind of like a polo shirt on. The way she was talking to the lady who handed me my food, made me want to say something to her. I feel terrible for the worker she was talking to. God only knows who else she has talked to like that. I am almost 50 years old and have never experienced something so trashy and disrespectful in my entire life. If she is talking like that to employees, in front of customers, what is she saying and doing when we're not around? I can only imagine. The lady she was talking to said nothing back, walked away to get my food, and somehow managed to return with my things and a smile on her face. My heart broke for her. She was clearly getting bullied, but remained calm, resilient, and pleasant. Maybe her disrespectful coworker should be quiet and take some notes from her.

I'll be honest it's good depending on what time and who's working. There's great food and service sometimes, and other times there's not a lot of effort into customer service. You can usually get good service until 5 and after slow to get the order and fast to get you out.

I recently visited your McDonald’s location in Marion, Ohio on Mount Gilead Road. Prior to arriving, I placed an online order (HN20, Order #_). When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was instructed to pull into Drive Spot 1 and wait for my food. I waited for over 45 minutes without receiving my order.

When I went back through the drive-thru to inquire, staff members seemed unaware of my order. While they did agree to remake the food, the manager refused to issue a refund despite the significant delay and inconvenience, stating I could not receive both the food and a refund.

I've always liked McDonald's cheeseburgers but the McDonald's in Mount Gilead Ohio is consistently giving out barely warm and sloppily put together burgers and the last two times I had strawberry shakes they were nothing but strawberry milk completely melted and disgusting...
