Very rude employees that push you through the drive thru line and do not ask if that's all, just assume. Gave us food and asked us to pull up in drive thru to wait on drinks. After about 5 mins I went in to see the drinks sitting on the counter not being taken out to our vehicle.

I docked the food given how they use the most unhealthy oils for frying..tallow fat would be healthier and tastier too, food is too expensive ..but the coffee is good & their Coke is great, especially with only 1/8 parts ice lol Plus, they need to bring the snack wraps, breakfast burrito, and definitely the parfait cups need to come back permanently!
Kid-friendliness: Not all are kid friendly. In my town out of 3, only one has a play area, and the other 2 are just dining areas only.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, but I don't believe the doors open by a disabled button.
So when you tell this dump no pickles, you get blessed with half an onion on a sandwich.

Received my delivery order but it was missing two hashbrowns but included a special surprise of a freaking bloody bandaid. Called the store and was hung up on “accidentally” first time. Then called back and was so rudely talked to by the store manager that I am in shock. I informed her of the missing items and the bloody bandage and she said I could come up and get the items. I informed her I am unable to come get the items hence the reason why I paid for delivery. She then argued stating no one there had a bandage on. I said it at if I come back up at a later time I would expect a gift card for the missing items. She said no that I could come now to get the missing food. Not helpful. When I asked her name, she hung up on me. I am disgusted not only by the way I was spoken to but by the bloody bandage. I have pictures of the bandage. If I was the manager and someone got a bloody bandage in their bag, I would have remade all the food and freaking personally delivered it. Oh and said sorry for the inconvenience instead of berating the customer.

This location struggles consistently. The line always takes much longer than other locations. The service is below par and often they are out of items or machines are down. I typically try to avoid this specific location for these reasons

As I was standing in line waiting to get my cups for my kiosk order, there was a lady standing at the register waiting for an associate to take her order. The lady waiting roughly 5 minutes before she asked an associate if there was someone who could take her order, the associate asked how long the lady had been waiting then began to tell the lady waiting that they are busy and if she doesn't like the restaurant she can leave. The manager was standing there watching with nothing said. The manager came over to take the ladies order, I will never be back to this location again.
