Mega Moo Pizza & Ice Cream

They really are over priced. And want to give you a melted half the sized ice cream because it’s soft. And the mouth on the person that served it really. I will never be back. Keep serving people like that and see where your business goes. So sad

So while I usually am a big fan of the mega moo I cannot believe what I was served/countered the last 2 days. Thursday an older guy served me what was the worst 2 Taco pockets I've ever had there. The meat could NOT have been toco meat. It was as dry and pieces as tiny and crumbled as I've ever seen or tasted my god was it horrible. He put NO cheese and no sour cream. It was literally chips and weird looking/tasting meat. That's it! I tried to call to get my first ever replacement request from there heard but no one ever answered the phone. I called 3-4 times so finally I gave up. I walk right now as my vehicle is out of service atm so I didn't wanna walk half way across town again. I decided when I go get my 2 Taco pockets the next day that I would get it replaced and get 4 all together. I'm serious I loved them that much I would gladly do that. Well Friday I go and there was a blondish younger girl but I felt like she was annoyed as soon as I started speaking so I just said it's whatever and left the wall up window. I would like the two Taco pockets that I paid for on Thursday 5/15/25 replaced. Thanks.

Back to new ownership and very very bad

I go everyday n get a large cone in a cup.it last two days.lollove them people.they are so nice..well that was when Gary owned it I just now went and got my large chocolate cone and my cousin a small.when Gary owned it we always had to buy cups.man my large was a small and her small was a extra small that didn't even need the cups.i said something about it and he said he would have to charge me more IL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN..I WISH GARY STILL OWNED IT CUZ THEY LOST TWO CUSTOMERS TODAY FOR LIFE

Went there to get ice cream as my husband and I promised our daughter a Freaky Frog cup. Now I dont know if they didnt have the stuff for it or if they discontinued it but they had VERY limited ice cream products. My daughter also loved the Rainbow Ice Cream that they used to have but i think they got rid of that as well... We ended up going to Freds for ice cream.

We also purchased two of their Hunts Brothers pizzas and while the toppings were good and plenty, the crusts were severely under done and doughy to where we had to break out our pizza stone to finish cooking them. My husband had to go in to remind them of our pizzas after we were told to park out front.

Got told to review and this is what I have to say: I will drive to Raymond, Ohio to the Marathon station there to get Hunts Brothers pizza thats actually fully cooked and go to Freds to get ice cream as they have kids stuff constantly in stock.

Still serving ice cream, pizza is now hunts bros. They are low on inventory to make certain ice cream and shake items atm, but will be back when they get their inventory full again

Ice cream was a good size but tasteless. Got coney dogs that tasted awful ? and almost had a gray color to them..

3 of us went through the drive thru- the small sized cone was huge, butter pecan and hot fudge sundaes were pretty good and we spent $10 altogether

Tried to order regular size coney dogs off the 2 for 6 menu only to be told by the incredibly rude cashier that those are not included in the 2 for 6 deal (see picture). We decided to get something else. Huge, expensive mistake. My husband could not choke down the pulled pork, he had to drain the grease off the bottom of the deluxe nachos container before trying those, the nacho chips were impressively stale, and I could not finish my burger due to the entire bottle of ketchup that was dumped on it. If I could leave negative stars, I would.
