Food was ok. Chow mein was old wasn't fresh at all. Barley put any meat in my buddy's tray. Ragoons I ordered was cold. also didn't receive my correct change back. I tried calling, they weren't answering phones. It wasn't busy at all. Smh.

I've gone there twice and was told to wait.I went today.They said they wouldn't have any food until 10:30.Im done.If you open at 10:00 get there at 9:45 to prepare food.If your waiting on a food truck order it earlyer.This place has VERY BAD MANAGEMENT.

As with most Panda dining experiences this one was just fine but once again they were out of one of the entrees that I wanted namely kung pao chicken. The staff was nice and friendly and the restaurant was clean.

If zero stars were an option that is what I would give this location. No where on your website does it say that the lobby closes at 9:30 but when I arrived at 9:20 with my three kids we were ignored by Mya until after 9:30 which is when she informed us that the lobby closed at 9:30 and that our order would be to go. After a small discussion with the idiotic children running this location I left without ordering and the manager on duty...Cali, laughed and danced after she locked the door behind me. Absolutely inappropriate behavior and the worst service fathomable.

Food was good and the atmosphere wasn't too loud or busy. My only reason for the lower stars was the lack of choices. Alot of empty pans and the 2 I wanted were the specials and I was told they weren't making any more even though it was early in the day just after lunch. They really didn't seem to be in the mood for any explanation either. It's normally a pretty decent place to eat so I'm hoping it was just a fluke.

lady working the counter today is very rude. i can understand having a bad day but it’s not mine or any other customers fault you are having a bad day. you work in customer service, act like it.

Where is the noodles ? Ordered chow mein and literally had almost no noodles, only the wilted lettuce. The chicken with it was good, but won’t be coming back.

Normally I wouldn’t leave a 2 star review, but, this branch needs to focus on communication and attention to customers. The amount of people in manager attire giving very minimal detail to communications about being out of food and why, leaving signage up on on the building for food that they don’t have, and standing distant away from customers is a little unreal. The new girl at the register was able to give more info on why they were out of Asian beef than the managers did. “We’re out”. Great. Why are you out? Politely why you’re out, put up signage that says “Sorry! We’re currently out of Asian beef until further notice”. This goes a long way.

In addition, the service was slow. Most of the food was empty, the manager didn’t even ask what we wanted or tell us how long of a wait it would be.

Not being rude, just giving constructive criticism. Please fix this. Otherwise, except to have more people walking out without buying anything.

Overall, there’s potential here, but work is needed. Managers need to be energetic, empowering, friendly, and helpful.

Food is good, never had any issues with food or staff. I always get the orange chicken with chow mein or rice, and then a side of crab rangoons. Very good. Its your quick fix for chinese.
