Always (EVERY SINGLE TIME no matter what time I go through.) have to wait ten minutes for mushroom chicken...(At least I know it's fresh) Today they would only take card payments as they did not have any change. At 11:45 a.m. ? Poor planning on management's part.

I like to eat at Panda Express the only problem I have is when I get the noodles there's way too much cabbage in it there needs to be more noodles than cabbage I have no idea what they're thinking some of the orange chicken is really crunchy they give do better

Have not been to Panda in 4 plus years. Thought it sounded good, talked the old man into it (he wanted chipotle) well we shldve went to Chipotle. Ordered orange chk and lo mean. Green bean chk wld take 10 minutes so got beef and broccoli a la carte. Still took 10 minutes. Sent rice instead of lo mean. And thanks for this all broccoli filled box, no meat, which was cold.

Stopped at PE for my dinner and drink, fountain pop was not working at the time of ordering. Bottled drinks were available so I was able to order a drink that was handed to me without being chilled, and window clerk handed me my order, I asked for a cup of ice, for my 20oz warm pop, she said sure and gave me a 6oz cup with ice, I asked for a bigger cup for my pop, she said she would have charge me a dollar. But she could give me another 6oz cup with ice, seemingly wasteful, and inappropriate for the consumer, my opinion is that me paying a dollar for a cup because the fountain drink machine isn't working, just give me a big cup of ice. WAS a loyal patron.

Food was ok. Chow mein was old wasn't fresh at all. Barley put any meat in my buddy's tray. Ragoons I ordered was cold. also didn't receive my correct change back. I tried calling, they weren't answering phones. It wasn't busy at all. Smh.

I've gone there twice and was told to wait.I went today.They said they wouldn't have any food until 10:30.Im done.If you open at 10:00 get there at 9:45 to prepare food.If your waiting on a food truck order it earlyer.This place has VERY BAD MANAGEMENT.
Crew person named Lauren never greeted me as if I wasn't there and greeted another customer. I felt discrimination against. I will never spend my money there ever again.

As with most Panda dining experiences this one was just fine but once again they were out of one of the entrees that I wanted namely kung pao chicken. The staff was nice and friendly and the restaurant was clean.

If zero stars were an option that is what I would give this location. No where on your website does it say that the lobby closes at 9:30 but when I arrived at 9:20 with my three kids we were ignored by Mya until after 9:30 which is when she informed us that the lobby closed at 9:30 and that our order would be to go. After a small discussion with the idiotic children running this location I left without ordering and the manager on duty...Cali, laughed and danced after she locked the door behind me. Absolutely inappropriate behavior and the worst service fathomable.
