Note: undeclared nuts in the tuna salad. I'm very allergic, and very glad I checked. Everything else is delicious and there are gobs of other sandwiches I can safely eat. Just not that one.

I have no clue why this place is popular. We ordered for the first time today and made sure we picked a wide variety from sandwiches, to soup, to breads, chips and gave the tulip cookie a try. Everything fell between meh and gross. Not a single thing left a lasting impression, well with maybe the exception of the $4 cookie, being one of the most disgusting things I have ever ate. Dry, no flavor and crunchy icing. The broccoli cheddar soup tastes exactly like Campbell's Soup. The smoked chicken Chipotle sandwich, gross. My husband got the steak and pepper sandwich and he said it was decent. The baguette bread was OK. The inside of the bread bowl I got with my soup was OK. But again, none of it is worth writing home over and definitely nothing that will keep us coming back. Almost $40 for lunch and I'm still hungry because the only thing I ate was the soup. Never again!

I am disappointed that you can no longer get large cups for water. Seems some people get large cups for water and fill with soda etc. Not everybody does this. We are getting a small 8oz cup for water with our meal. I guess I have to bring my own cup for water.

Great Panera Bread. With Panera Bread, it can be hit or miss. If you dine-in, the food here ends up great. Their interior is newer, but they tend to be stingy on people stealing cups.

We both ordered a similar version of the Asiago Bagel sandwich, but the food preparers failed to mark the sandwiches in our takeout order. It was not very easy to see the difference, even after unpacking the sandwich from its wrapper. I think the manager needs to address this issue to prevent confusion on future takeout orders

What's not to love? This company offers vegan and vegetarian options, serves delicious food, donates leftovers to food banks, and has a warm couch by the fireplace.
