I’d give them a 0 if it was a choice. I work uptown Marion ont he 4th floor of the Ohio Health building. I ordered food from PJ’s, paid a delivery fee as well as a tip, and the delivery person left my food on the heating unit of the first floor where many people walk in and out. By the time I called to see where my food was, it was cold and had been sitting for an hour plus. Since when do they not deliver to the person ordering?? Done with Papa John’s Marion Ohio.

Them lemon pepper wings IS BUSTING ! and they pizzas ok too. FORGET DOMINOES IN MARION, ORDER HERE INSTEAD. THE QUALITY IS WAY BETTER. I ordered well over $150 worth of food for a kids pizza party it was WORTH EVERY PENNY. My go to spot in marion for now on.

Placed an order took the money out of my bank account connected me to the store and then the rude manager would not even try to help me get details on what happened hung up on me when I tried to call back to get the customer care phone number, so I could figure out what happened to my order and my money They left me on hold for 28 minutes. Never will deal with Papa John’s again.
