Placed order and was given a 45 minute ETA do to a busy night which I get. But what don't get is an hour later and I just get told it's gonna be another 30 minutes possibly longer then the manager proceeds to hangup on me mid sentence. Ya just lost this customer.

Every single time I order different sauces I pay for extra sauces I even remind them about the sauces and they still forgot the sauces and every time I called the same manager always says do you want to credit it to your account or do you need it tonight well obviously I want it tonight I paid for it to have with the food I just bought and I've worked in food service and understand but this is Everytime for the past year and I just don't understand how it's ok and why I have to wait another hour to get my sauces when I just waited an hour for my food. Then the food is cold when I finally get the sauces I understand how mistakes happen but like I said Everytime for a year

My husband and I both got traditional wings and he got a meat special pizza and I got a meat lovers crustless bowl it was fabulous! We will definitely return! And everything was fresh n hot!

The atmosphere is not up to par. The shop looks dirty. I'm not saying it is.. just looks that way. I love Papa John's pizza from other towns, so I was pretty let down when I got my pizza from this one. Super greasy and the crust might as well been thin crust.
