The food is great, when they get it right! If they don't, they sure won't fix it! They told me there was nothing they could do because they got my order wrong.
First time there, would highly recommend the club! Stay away from Subway!
Have been a longtime customer for 5 + years, seems like they've went downhill recently. I ordered food for my family this weekend and they butchered my order. I ordered a Stromboli ended up getting a sub instead. Just tired of paying 30-40 dollars to not get what we ordered. Paynes you use to be so good and on top of it what happened?????

The overall taste was really good- the crust and sauce and cheese all tasted good together, but our only complaint is there was no where near enough cheese. It was the thinnest layer, but the middle pieces had a decent amount.
They said they didn’t have a small so a medium was $11, but when we picked it up it was the same size as 2 other places small pizzas.
Great subs and speghetti. Pizza is pretty good also.
Planning EHS 50th reunion. Good experience all round. Food was outstanding.

I have been a customer for 2 years now. I am not from Marion area. I started ordering because they deliver to my area. I ordered on 1/16 a chicken bacon sub for $14. With delivery fee it came to $18. I have previously ordered italian subs that were $11 no issue. I got a call telling me I had to order $6 more food to meet the minimum delivery. No where online does it state this. I asked her why because I never had to before and she said there has always been a minimum. She asked the manager why, then came back and said it was because they had other orders going my way. This is unacceptable and I should have cancelled my order. So instead of it costing me $22 (with tip because not drivers fault) its now over $30 for one person! Then to top it off the garlic cheese bread was not done and my sub was cold. They just lost a customer, as I will never order from them again.
