Penn Station East Coast Subs

We have eaten here a few times in the past and can assure you that the quality of the food has slipped and the portion sizes you receive are a total RIPOFF for what they are charging. We also paid $5 for a cup of fries that over half were burnt and could not even be eaten. Upon speaking with management about this, they freely admitted they were having fryer issues, yet they are selling it anyways. Save your money, go down the street to Jersey Mikes.

I don't usually review chain restaurants unless there's a problem. But the employees go a little extra here.
I've been in for a sandwich about 4 times in the last 6 months. They remember me and can make suggestions based on my preference. This impressed me. Thanks.
They usually have country music playing in the background. It's not to my taste, but I'm sure it's something the local crowd appreciates.

This Penn Station location has fresh hot subs and great tasting food! I'm so tired of all these other fast food joints that have nasty fried processed food that tastes awful and leaves you feeling like you wish you had never wasted the money. Penn Station is worth the money for the fresh taste.

Decent Subs, Friendly Staff.

Went to pick up our order Wednesday, Jan.8th around 4:55 p.m. I arrived around 5:10 p.m. I was told the order did not go through. Something about new internet. The person who seemed to be in charge , said he was not going to make any food without payment. It was a man with a mustache, sort of red hair. It was not very customer friendly the way he kept repeating it. My wife had to put the order in again. This person kept saying our payment from the first order, would go back into our account. It did not, It was deducted twice from our account. He said to me if it doesn't go back into our account, to call corporate. Well, that is my next move that I will be doing. To some people $33.56 may not be much, but it is to us. Our second order we put it in at 5:28. So, 2 orders we put in, only received 1, yet charged for 2. I was not the only person who had a missed order. Will be leery about ordering from here again.

I believe Penn Station is the best for hot subs and the fresh cut fries are very good too

Foods good. As first time customers at this location definitely won’t be back. At least not for dine in with the conversation we witnessed between 2 employees while sitting trying to eat dinner. 🤦‍♀️ talking about some dogs behind being glued shut and how this girls friend was shot by the cops. Didn’t get a name but who ever was working this evening on 12/23/24. Was a dark haired girl with tattoos and another guy who appeared to be a cook.

10/10 first time customer here. Will definitely be back again. The owner was actually the one who took my order and was very helpful. I was blown away by how good the food was.

Great subs an hand cut fresh fries. Can't go wrong. Stopped for dinner with my son, was his first time. Everything was delicious. Great staff

Stole $40 from me & they don’t treat women well.

Ordered online, order never came through apparently, my card has already been charged, owner won’t issue refund or make food even though we can show order confirmation and bank statement charge, wife was in tears after conversation with GM, I call and he immediately backs down and says let me call my boss, never received a call back. Just go to Jersey mikes

Amazing food, darn good Ruben. Cheese steak is good. Only complaint. The smell when you walk in. Smells like you walked into an elevator that someone just farted in.

I was really impressed with the food! Came out looking amazing ! But what I was most impressed with was the staff! They were very sweet and super helpful! My crazy kiddos made a mess with their drink and they were right on it to help out and their patience was more than I could ask for! :)
