HORRIBLE!! I tried to order online AGAIN, because I guess I'm a glutten for punishment, and of course LIKE ALWAYS, for some reason the website can't access the store. EVEN THOUGH it's AEVERTISED. 🤦♀️ Anywho, so I call the store, and yep you guessed it! They charged my card $4.06 more than what the price was and then turned around and was like you owe $2.57.. Lmao idk what scam they're trying to run in their customers but you better start checking your bank accounts when ordering from here because their employees ARE THEIVES and then want to act like they're not. 🤣🤣 Man I hate this town...full of addicts and thieves and they get jobs running cash registers.

Idk who designs pizza huts delivery range but it's ridiculous. Multiple different stores in different states I've been 7-15 minutes away and was told they don't deliver "that way" I've even offered a generous tip to bribe my way into some pizza and they refused. Nothing personal towards this specific location. They were just the latest on my struggles with my former favorite pizza chain.

We've been packing and moving for a few days and neither of us have ate much so we were starving. Pizza hut did away with their subs. The old subs were great. Y'all bring back subs as "sandwiches" and they're disgusting! I can get a better "sandwich" at Motomart or Speedway. It came with two miniature cherry tomatoes (smaller than cherry tomatoes), cut in half lol They don't have mayo. Regardless,I don't think normal tomatoes, mayo,and even a rumbling belly could save these God awful things. HARD PASS! Stick to the pizza and cinnamon rolls!
The delivery driver was very rude and gave me 50 cents that I gave him as a tip on my credit card back and change was very standoffish very unprofessional.

Just ordered a pizza from here a few minutes ago and I am furious. I ordered online and picked up in person. When I got there, everything was fine until I handed the female cashier my card to pay. She pressed several buttons on her register before scanning my card, then scanned it again. She also didn't hand me my receipt and instead, crumpled it up and threw it in the trash as soon as it printed out. I found this incredibly strange behavior, so I looked at my card statement when I got home and discovered I was charged an extra 20% more than I was told. I don't care what your stance on tipping for carryout is, but giving yourself a tip without the customers permission is not only unethical, but also ILLEGAL. That girl needs fired.

Went to Pizza Hut on Christmas Eve. Placed my order through the drive-thru. Girl said it would be 25-30 minutes. I waited in the parking lot 30 minutes and went back through the drive-thru to pick it up. Girl could not find my name, then she said it just got put in the oven. Needless to say I was not happy. I went to East Of Chicago and got my pizza with no problem. And it was delicious. This isn't the first time I've had a issue with this pizza hut. They really don't know what there doing half the time. I will NOT go there again!

We placed a pick up order at 4:35 for a 6pm pick up. Arrived early at 5:55. Was told to pull into spot 1 and wait. It's 6:20, no pizza. I called and the excuse was they are buy and for me to wait. 6:30, no pizza, called Mng, she said a CSR is bringing it out right now and she would give a $15 credit for waiting. 6:40, I walk in and ask, they put it back in the warmer instead. The Mngr simply said sorry. We never got the credit either.
