Usually don't have a problem but I ordered pizza and got my order messed up tryed to call and get it fixed and could not get anyone to help me they transfer me just to get no one I spent a good amount of money to this sucks

They had no idea what was ordered or the name.took awhile to figure it out but the food was hot and fresh but none of the add ons to the pizza made it on the pizzas although we were charged.

Ordered a hand tossed crust to get home open box to this entire pizza wouldn't fill my 2 year old so thin makes me sick they run a business like this the bread sticks were also horrible and usually my kids kill them they went to trash tonight lession learned with this place i do not recommend

I am a truck driver passing through, I am stuck at a near by rest stop for about 24 hours and no way to get food. Only carrying cash at the moment, thought I could order delivery from Pizza Hut. I was very disappointed when I was told they don’t deliver here. Please try to accommodate visitors a little better please.

It's been a really rough few months. I'm talking I lost my cat and our apartment burned down in less than a month plus several other things. So disappointments hit extra hard these days. BUT!!!! When pizza hut got my order wrong and I called and told them, they not only offered to make it right, they delivered the replacement pizza AND made it perfectly!!! And the same delivery person brought it back out, no attitude or anything. Just asked what happened with the original pizza. So even though I've been stuck in bed in a fibromyalgia flare today, pizza hut, especially the awesome manager on duty tonight, came through and made my night a little better. So thank you!!! I appreciate you.

HORRIBLE!! I tried to order online AGAIN, because I guess I'm a glutten for punishment, and of course LIKE ALWAYS, for some reason the website can't access the store. EVEN THOUGH it's AEVERTISED. 🤦♀️ Anywho, so I call the store, and yep you guessed it! They charged my card $4.06 more than what the price was and then turned around and was like you owe $2.57.. Lmao idk what scam they're trying to run in their customers but you better start checking your bank accounts when ordering from here because their employees ARE THEIVES and then want to act like they're not. 🤣🤣 Man I hate this town...full of addicts and thieves and they get jobs running cash registers.
