We came here to order ice cream on March 1st, 2025. It was 6:05 p.m. The girl working told us that after she was done making the order she was working on that she would not be accepting any more orders because she would be closing for clean up. Your hours state that you are open until 7 p.m. Horrible customer service We won't be returning.

We have been wanting to try this place for awhile now and was highly disappointed!!! Maps took us to the wrong place across town at first and their hours are not accurately posted on Google or at their location. When we got to actually have our order taken my kids and I were shocked to find sooo much of what we were trying to order was out, due to owner not replenishing their supplies. They advertise such a wide variety and that was clearly not the case in person, not to mention some of their items were stale 😞

Not to happy with my experience. First off she charged me before I got the ice cream I thought that was odd. Then she went to make the ice cream without washing her hands. So I asked her if she would wash her hands and she said she just did. I reminded her she was just touching my money so she gave me and eye roll then washed her hands. The she made the ice cream it was not rolled it was all chopped up. No napkins and she was using her phone the whole time to see how to make the ice cream. I feel like there should be a more sanitary way to do that.

I love watching these people make the rolled ice cream! the ice cream is really delicious, and they have so many flavors! I'm not a huge fan of popcorn, but they have a lot of that too. and I hear that the menu is expanding, so that's really exciting stuff!
