It's good for food and people driving, but if you standing outside, it doesn't really matter if it's been 30mintues and someone just pulled up and has been there for 1 minute they always prioritize the drivers and I get it but when it's night and Winter I feel the focus should be on the people stuck outside in it, and this isnt a first time experience, this has happened multiple times, once some old works last winter wouldn't look up at me and looked at the ground to avoid eye contact as they turned around. Other then that, good food.

Ordered a Big Buford and a Sm. Coke Zero. I received a cup of cloudy carbonated Water and a cold sandwich. The lady had to see the drink was clear and served it anyway! Totally disgusting!! Last trip there for me.

Bought from DoorDash but there’s a whole eyelash or eyebrow hair embedded in my chicken bites very gross wasted money and can’t even eat it and the chicken bites are weirdly grey and look old as heck

While the food here is always great lately they've had an employee working whose household is sick and contagious and that's just really gross to have someone working and messing with people's food who is bringing sickness to work everyday from home. Other than allowing sick employees to handle food recently I've never had problems in the past, just recently.

I came in on a Wednesday and had only a $30 order and the lady working the front with blue hair was on the phone while I paid and had very very nasty attitude and could hear her cussing at someone after she shut the window and all i did was ask for a few extra things ! The food was still great but the customer service made me not want to come back please address this because Rallys is my favorite place to eat !!
