I came in on a Wednesday and had only a $30 order and the lady working the front with blue hair was on the phone while I paid and had very very nasty attitude and could hear her cussing at someone after she shut the window and all i did was ask for a few extra things ! The food was still great but the customer service made me not want to come back please address this because Rallys is my favorite place to eat !!

Matt is the man. Extremely kind with great hospitality. He deserves to make 100k a year. get this dude a corporate job. When i think of rally’s i think Matt. Make this guy the CEO. Genuinely the main reason i come here other than the glorilla meal.
