Great food, fast service, a fantastic experience. Took my wife out for date night and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The store manager Renee came and check on us to ensure everything was good. That level of care and service is rare these days. I can tell why this restaurant is so successful!

We just moved to Ohio from Texas and we decided to try out the local Red Lobster. We were very happy with our experience! Our server, Brittany (Britt) was AMAZING! She was super sweet, very attentive, and had the best attitude with every table around us and was great with our 5yr old. You could tell she loves her job and enjoys being around people. 10/10 for Britt!

My significant other and I had came here to eat tonight as a date. The food was decently good due to the whole situation with Aqua and such going on with the water. We had a great server but an older couple behind us had gotten sat which a server named Kyah had taken them. The older couple was concerned about the water and food. Afterwards Kyah had went to the kitchen that was right behind us and the entire back area of the dining room could hear her mention that she didn’t want to continue the table and asked for someone else to finish them. I also want to point out that I did not appreciate the fact when they were asking about the water concerns that she was short and snippy.

Amanda was my server and she was GREAT. Very friendly and efficient. Food was delicious. I cleaned my plate and the manager stopped and said HI .I’m pretty sure her name was Renee. Definitely coming back.

Food was not great, salmon was old.. did not eat, the fries were so salty couldn't eat , biscuits were cold.. service wasn't great..waited and someone else got my wife a refill of tea..
I had dinner tonight and let me tell you, Erin C. is phenomenal! Her attention to detail. Her attitude. Her work ethic. All top notch & makes it worth coming into red lobster.

As a restaurant owner in our community I don’t eat at a lot of places but I always have a great experience at Red Lobster and always ask for Dolly as our server if she’s available. For being a seafood restaurant the steaks are always on point and with Amanda at the bar the drinks are on point as well. Renee the GM is great as well. Corporate should be appreciative of all the employees here.
