Tastes nothing like the same orders in the Columbus locations. Basically just tastes like blended ice, and can barely tell by the color that there is anything on it. Had to knock on the door to unlock 30 min before closing. Employee definitely didn’t want to be there.

I arrived at 8:15pm. The store closes at 9pm. I ordered a smoothie bowl. The employee apologized and said he had already washed the dishes. I doublechecked the closing time. Yep 9pm. I worked at a Baskin Robbin’s many years ago when in high school. We kept things clean throughout the shift but didn’t close down anything until the store closed. THEN we cleaned. Why be open if you can’t serve what you sell! If the young man is just in a hurry to leave work, he needs some additional training on customer service. If he was following store policy, the policy is ridiculous.

Friendly and quick service. The store interior is very clean and well stocked with multiple different protein cookies and bars. Getting to it can be a little tricky and pay attention in the parking lot for other drivers and pot holes . Smoothies are unbelievable

I just wanted to reach out and say the manager here at the Marion location is phenomenal. She also has her son working for her in the store and he also was phenomenal. Great service both had great attitudes. I will surely be coming back just because of them!!
Went there at noon on Sunday, but the smoothie shop was closed. I drove a long ways to get this, had kids excited about it. Absolutely Terrible lack of consistency! If you run a business you need to be open when you say you you will be.

I like to go in a place to take my time to order get more understanding of the products and ask questions if I want to.. so no go.. drive thru ordering can feel rushed. I left feeling stupid for attempting to go inside and the doors were locked

Most of the time, when we we go there it is great. The only time you need to check your order is when a young man with straight long hair is working. He typically messes up our orders about every other time.
