It was just ok
No milk shakes and a couple other things. Fries were hot so we're cheese sticks. Burgers were cold kinda hard to eat

Waited awhile to receive our food and when we got it, it was cold. It use to be much better. Closet Sonic to us and to drive 45 min to get cold food was not a good experience

My family showed up here after a zoo trip on March 15 at 6:00 PM to get dinner. We had four screaming kids we pulled up and we looked at the menu quieted the children down push the button. The girl politely asked us to come around, started handing us our beverages after getting our order, said we were rude to her and snatching drinks which never happens. Everybody in the car was quiet. They denied us to look at the camera footage denied us service refused to let our children get food. We have an autistic four-year-old who doesn’t understand why she can’t eat because the lady at the window denied us service. This facility and its manager needs to keep its employees in check. They were acting like Karen’s and telling everybody in the parking lot, they have kids and making a scene. The girl that was at the window, came outside and threatened us. The manager started taking pictures and videos, acting like a Karen and taking pictures of our license plate and we were yelling at them to check their cameras because what they were accusing us of never happened. I demand this specific restaurant go through and check their camera footage and openly apologize to my entire family publicly.

I love the smash burger but this location was a mess! Could only order at drive thru. No car service. I ordered onion rings then when got to the window they told us they didn't have any. But the employees were very nice. The management is obviously bad.

They were closed in the middle of dinner
Did a take out order online only to get there and they tell me they’re out of queso and bacon for the day. The young lady working the window wasn’t at all polite or reasonable with the swap of food. Even though THEY were the ones out of the ingredients to make what I ordered. 10/10 don’t recommend. Won’t be back. They need new management!!!!

Just sat in the drive thru for 9 minutes with no response. Then the girl said “welcome to sonic, hold on a minute” then I just pulled out of the drive thru and she was talking to the only car in the drive thru laughing and stuff. Wouldn’t recommend this trash ass place

Pulled into a stall and pushed the button. After 5 minutes no one answered so I got in the drive thru line. Ordered a "triple smasher" and got two hamburger patties with cheese...no bun, no toppings, no sauce. Went back through the drive thru to get the right burger and this time I got a double smash burger instead of a triple and it was cool like it had been sitting. Spent 32 minutes just going through the drive thru twice all to get the wrong thing. I'm not going back through again because I have stuff to do, and I'm also likely never coming back here.

We ordered 2 bacon breakfast toasters, which took 10 minutes and clicking the button to get out. Just to realize these were sausage and egg sandwiches with 1 overcooked piece of bacon. Both sandwiches. We turned around went through the drive-thru, told the lady what we ordered versus what we got. And she must be new because she didn't know why we didn't want sausage. All around a waste of time. The food was bad, the customer service was bad and slow, we couldn't use 2 of the terminals that we went to, and the bacon on the second sandwiches were still overcooked. Huge bummer.

I have made numerous complaints about this restaurant and still nothing is ever fixed because I wait every 4 months or so and give it another try. Yet again. When looking through the drive through window the floors and counters are all disgusting. My wait for one milkshake and one blast though the app took over 20minutes to bring out, after I pushed the red button and asked if they had the order. The milkshake was the consistency of milk and the extra cookie dough my daughter asked for in her blast was all frozen together at the bottom. I wish we had better service in this town because I have had better in other areas. So disappointing when this is the only ice cream place open during the winter

With it being our first time there, it was very confusing. There's no sign saying that the car hops were closed or no seating inside. So, we were stuck eating in our cars after going through the drive-through. It wouldn't have been bad, but we didn't get all of our orders, so back through the drive through to get our food
