I am so pleased! This is my second time in my entire life having Sonic, and my first time at this location. Mobile pickup wasn’t working for the stalls so we had to use drive thru but that wasn’t a big deal. The gentleman taking our order was extremely nice! They were out of the pretzel buns so they gave us two make it right coupons so we decided to go through the drive thru again after picking our order up and ordering another burger. The food was delicious and very hot and fresh, the shake I got is amazing and extremely thick! Thanks guys! I will be back!

The last 2 times I have been here there is a sign up at the drive thru saying they can only do ice cream or just drinks. I am not sure what the problem is but they are becoming not very reliable for a place to go for a meal.

I ordered cheesy fries, chocolate milk shake, and an ice cream sundae. I did not receive the fries. Instead I received 50 condiment packets. That is not an exaggeration. We counted it, and there was only 50 random condiment packets. This had to have been deliberate.

1 star is a reach! Zero stars is on par. Lazy evening workers constantly cancelling orders. IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO FULFILL DOORDASH ORDERS THAT COME IN AT 11:30PM THEN SAY YOU CLOSE AT 11:30PM!!! Furthermore when you decide to cancel it YOU ALL NEED TO CANCEL IT WITH DOORDASH! Stop dumping this job on the dashers and customers because the system thinks the dasher backs out and then assigns another Dasher. This reflects bad on the original Dasher, wastes another person's time, causes them to lose other orders and money, AND WASTE THE CUSTOMER TIME that could've order from another place that DOES operate within posted operating hours!!! You all are HORRIBLE!!!!! DO BETTER!!!

Sometime in late June:Didn’t end up getting any food because if you park and want to order from the menu board, you get out in queue behind drive-through customers…there was a long line for drive through, so we left.
July 28 update: Thought we’d give it another chance…we ate at the drive-in, very fast service. The Frito chili cheese wrap had 4 soggy Fritos in it, the first half of it had none, and there was very little cheese; the tater tots were way past done-most weren’t in the shape of a tot! The onion rings were one step from burnt! On the plus side, my husband said his burger was good.
The “1-star” rating will remain and we will never return to the Marion Sonic! My experience with the Nelsonville Sonic has always been good!!
