I came to Starbucks because it was red cup day and I was wanting to get holiday drinks and order to get the free Starbucks cup with the order. I called in advance to make sure that this location was offering this promotion and they confirmed that they were. When I arrived I specifically ordered holiday drinks and did not receive the free cups with the order. When I go very early in the morning the service is wonderful. She is always pleasant very quick great customer service. But the service is not so great if I go later In the morning or afternoon. 2 workers chit chatting for several minutes before they even acknowledge I'm standing at the register to place an order.
