Much improved store recently because for a long time.It was considered one of the worst starbucks around, but i'm noting that there is a lot of improvement recently. The staff is very friendly.The store is very clean and if there is something not quite right with the drink.They're making it over again without any hesitation. I know it's a hard job and a lot of people are not very kind to the baristas.However, I do like it when my drinks are made the correct way....
I don't like this location because your drive through workers do NOT listen!!! She had to ask me 3 times, what I wanted. Get it together. This is why I much prefer the Starbucks on Delaware Avenue, inside Kroger...
I came to Starbucks because it was red cup day and I was wanting to get holiday drinks and order to get the free Starbucks cup with the order. I called in advance to make sure that this location was offering this promotion and they confirmed that they were. When I arrived I specifically ordered holiday drinks and did not receive the free cups with the order.
