Service was friendly and I got my ice water and coffee pretty quickly. The girl that helped me had braids and was very nice.
They ran out of tall straws and with these iffy lids I’m bound to wearing coffee within 30 minutes.

I came through the drive thru Saturday morning. 7/19/25 I ordered a venti dark roast. Service was fast and polite, but when i was handed my coffee, before i could get it to my cup holder , the cap came off and the cup buckled and i ended up with coffee in my passenger seat (cloth) in my cup holder and on my hands. I ended up with two separate blisters on my middle finger as soon as i received my coffee. I’m not here to try to sue anyone, but you need to be more careful with the temperature of the coffee you serve and make sure the lids are on the cups properly.

I drink dark black coffee and they made it perfect.
I kinda want to give one star rating because the music was so loud I could not have a conversation and I had to clean the armrest and side table
Honestly that table has not been wiped down for several days.
Edit: the chair and table are now clean.

Got Starbucks for the birthday today! Had the best customer Service I’ve had in a long time anywhere! He greeted us with a smile and made the over all experience fantastic!

I slipped on ice on their side walk on 12/31/19 (because they didn’t put salt down) and broke my ankle. Requiring an ambulance ride, a few day hospital stay following surgery, physical therapy, and off work for over 2 months. And I didn’t get A PENNY from them. I tried to sue them and ultimately my case was dismissed because “it’s my fault I live in Ohio and it snows.” Then why do all of these other companies pay for snow & ice removal?! Still enrages me to this day.

I'm a big fan of the micro or nitro Brew, they only sell it in a grande. I get two nitro Brew with no cream, three to five shots of espresso, no ice with a hot lid. And if there's any room I tell them to put extra black coffee on top of the three shots of espresso in the same container.
