I came when they were pretty busy, and saw at least 6 workers hustling… for my food to take over a half an hour. I ordered two food items at the same time that came out over 15 minutes apart, 20 mins after my drink. The drinks seemed to be coming quickly, at least. Disappointing.

Service was friendly and I got my ice water and coffee pretty quickly. The girl that helped me had braids and was very nice.
They ran out of tall straws and with these iffy lids I’m bound to wearing coffee within 30 minutes.

I came through the drive thru Saturday morning. 7/19/25 I ordered a venti dark roast. Service was fast and polite, but when i was handed my coffee, before i could get it to my cup holder , the cap came off and the cup buckled and i ended up with coffee in my passenger seat (cloth) in my cup holder and on my hands. I ended up with two separate blisters on my middle finger as soon as i received my coffee. I’m not here to try to sue anyone, but you need to be more careful with the temperature of the coffee you serve and make sure the lids are on the cups properly.
I drink dark black coffee and they made it perfect.
I kinda want to give one star rating because the music was so loud I could not have a conversation and I had to clean the armrest and side table
Honestly that table has not been wiped down for several days.
Edit: the chair and table are now clean.
