I am just disturbed by this whole establishment.. In the most respectful way to say, this place is ran by some of the most incompetent staff. Cannot follow simple instructions to save their lives!! I have absolutely nothing good to say about steak and shake. It’s getting real aggravating ordering from here anymore and it’s a shame considering it used to be a favorite place to eat. Not one time have I ordered from this location and they actually made my entire order correctly. Not that my review probably makes much of a difference because nothing ever changes, but if you ever plan to eat here… JUST DONT!!! save your money. Save your time. And your peace. I promise it’s well worth eating elsewhere.

Shakes used to be great .. don't know what has changed but do not taste the same. They also got a lot smaller. Food was greasy and got thrown away. Won't be going back.

One thing I've started to notice here is the wait times can be ridiculous at times. Today I decided to stop in for lunch and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. They forgot my shake and the sauce I asked for which took another five minutes. Service was lousy none of the workers had good attitudes. They literally locked the doors at one point. I felt bad when I left because there was still people waiting that had gotten there before me.
Please stop ordering from this place on doordash. Orders are never ready .. you spend anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour waiting for an order. So basically your stuck for an hour to make $4. Staff not trained. Manager is on cell phone. You even have to request they put a receipt on the order after it's finally made which takes them another 15 mins. They are disrespectful to customers and dashers. Customers standing at the counter and they have to ask someone to take their order.

What happened to my favorite Steak n Shake? Are they all like this now? Steak and Shake used to be my favorite place to get a Smashburger. But in the last couple years every Steak and Shake I go to is pretty much self-service and is nothing like it used to be. On Google it says it's open at 10:00 a.m. I got there at 10:30 and was told they wouldn't even start cooking until 11:00am. So long Steak n Shake, it was great for a long time.

First off the gentleman that was working. The window had no personality whatsoever. I had to ask for all my condiments. Thank you. I got a chili. I didn't need to ask for a spoon. I did not get no sphone. How nah can you eat chili without a spoon? The person working the window does not need to be working the window.That's all I have to say I will not go back

Bathroom is absolutely disgusting with zero soap. We asked for a pop lid and management asked me to stock the rest! Bread sitting on the floor! Everything is dirty and clearly no one cares.
