This is 2nd time we had Jennifer as our server. This time, she was training a young lady. Hayley may have been her name. Our 1st time there, Jennifer had conveniently forgot to return our debit card...until we waited a long time and had to ask for it. She told me she had returned it, but after I insisted she hadn't returned it; she found it!
This 2nd visit, she kept us waiting a very long time to come to the table to collect our payment and then to once again return our card. The manager was sitting with her head in her phone most of the time we were there. We watched them give out 2 compensated meals in the time we were there, as well as possible drug activity within patrons.

The 9-oz. Dakota Lodge steak was prepared as ordered. And the 1/2 bbq glazed rotisserie chicken was pretty dry. The food could've been delivered warmer. But with our server's absent mindedness, maybe it sat ready a while before making it to the table.

2 tries here. Might mean not going to be a third try though. I'm not that crazy about eating with taxidermy dead heads all over the walls staring at me. Jennifer and the who cares attitudes displayed there just seals the desire to go elsewhere. Not rushing back. Especially to drop $50+ for a couples meal. If we had chosen other dishes, it would've been more.

I Left Before I Was Served!

I was seated at a booth near a cold window. The hostess was a sweetheart and asked another employee (a LARGE woman) in the back if I could be placed in a booth on the backside of other booths. I indicated it was because it was cold. She told me that there were NO waitress assigned to that area! BTW, there were 4 standing around during my request not including the hostess. This booth was about a 3-foot walk around the corner of other occupied booths and not a big deal. I just gave my menues and napkin wrapped silverware back to the hostesses and said I would just eat somewhere else and walked out. This was NOT the fault of the hostess as she was very polite. I left out of principal.

Came here for dinner with family. Service was great but food came cooked wrong not once but twice. The manager was made aware after the first time and had recooked. Came out wrong again, she was made aware but decided to do nothing. Then avoid us the rest of the time we were here.

We visit every couple months. Always good. Good service. Today was a mess. Ordered Turkey Bacon sandwich on a hoagie bun. Took a long time. Had fries with it, didn't want, ordered coleslaw. Waitress brought coleslaw. No bacon. Had to bring bacon. No mayo. Had to ask for that. My husband's soup had no spoon. No crackers. Water tasted awful. Brought basket of rolls on top of plates. Waitress set them down and basket of rolls would have hit floor if I hadn't grabbed them. Just an overall bad experience today.

Our visit on 1/7/26 was excellent. Prime rib and chopped steak dinners were very good. Flavor and portions were on spot. Our waiter Noel, provided prompt and excellent service.

Everything was great! Hosts were friendly and helpful and our waitress was top notch. The food was great (we ordered burgers) and reasonably priced. This was my first visit there and I plan to go back with my family.

Not worth your money. Food was just awful

I got glutened. Badly. On a steak and baked potato. The waitress was awful, as was the martini that arrived 5 minutes after the food. The water was disgusting.

Never going back.
