Got called a liar when i called about missing items. They hung up on me and when i came back they gave me my pop but not the chips i paid for. VERY rude customer service & i will not return to this location.

I eat here so often that when I walk in the employees already know what's up! They aren't always in the best mood (understandable, customer service work sucks), but they get the job done regardless. Subway, this one in particular, is always a safe choice for me especially whenever I can't decide what I want to eat.

Awful that they kicked me out of there for “staying too long” (it was 1 hour approximately) I’m a truck driver waiting for my load in a truck stop… what am I supposed to do if I just want to sit down and do nothing but just waiting… “store policy” she said… bruh, this is a truck stop, pls 😐 Never in my trucking career they’ve kicked me out from somewhere, not in Pilot, FlyingJ, Loves, TA, Road Ranger… never ever

The chick making the sandwiches doesn’t like her job but shes there. I over heard her telling her coworker she didn’t like handling the meats that she would rather do the vegetables. No greeting upon arrival. Talks low. Works slow. Food? It’s subway. They all taste the same.

Everytime I go to on 3rd shift hours the same guy is working and he does not listen to at all to anything and I can’t even eat my food bc it’s drenched in salt & sauce after I asked for little of both. It’s the same man & same thing every time he works.

Tonight around 1:45am i went into subway. There was a little bit of a line & only one guy named Adam (read his hat) working. He did an amazing job between making online orders and helping the customers out. He was rushing around and i have to say the sub i ordered was probably the best sub i have ever had.
Open 24 hours, nice place to stop by the Marion office. Nice ladies behind the counter dealing well with the chaotic rushes. Groovy.
