Tuesday March 18 at 7:00pm I ordered a tuna sub and a meatball sub off the app at this location I normally go to the one on the west side because they never mess anything up. So I went to a few stores got home and there were things I don’t eat on the sub. So I called the store and asked can I get a new one I just got home the sub has not been touched. The night shift a male and female the female said on phone sure come on. I drove all the way back to the store for her to say she called her manager and I would have to pay for a new one. I said no I’m not it was an accident. I have had subway fix my sub before. I was more upset they told me I could get it fixed and I drove all the way there to be told they can’t fix it and that I would have to buy another. This is absolutely unprofessional and I will be getting ahold of corporate. It’s not about getting free food I could care less it’s the principle. How many people have they done this to?

The food was great, the people making the food were fantastic and kind. I absolutely do not appreciate watching the employees having to pause on making my food to be reprimanded for something petty, like trying to stay warm, right in front of customers. It couldn't wait a moment and be done privately? As a manager myself, this is HIGHLY unprofessional and rude. Value your employees a little better, they do a great job. I'm very upset.

I had a coupon loaded for 3 footlongs for 17.99. I didn't have the paper coupon, and the girl at the register was no help. Tighten up ladies!

I just started working here and...They gave me NO TRAINING. just a bunch of videos to watch about an automatic meat slicer and a test on a meat slicer. That was it.I feel like im going to pass out all day here because all I do is stand...incoming customers CONSTANTLY; and there's usually only 1 or 2 of us working. So no time for break to sit down. Or whatever. No time to eat or really drink anything substantial; ive lost 10 pounds in 2wks and I was only 115 pounds to begin with. I feel sick as a dog, and the customers that come in literally have no idea what they want, then when you ask them--they just say "oh...whatever comes with it. But can you put extra meat, extra sauce, extra everything else?" Fine, but when you get to cash register, what do the employers expect you to ring up? Dont bother asking your coworkers questions either..they get mad at anyone new.I have terrible adhd and several mental health issues, and I can't be expected to do ALL the work and do it correctly.

Fresh Sliced does not mean fresh sliced right in front of your face, false advertisement. This location looked dingy/dirty, windows smeared. Cashier had two hickies on her neck. Sandwich was good, just fresh sliced did not meet expectations.
I ate lunch there today. A 6 inch roast beef sub. That was two hours ago. I am really sick now - my stomach is very upset. Food poisoning perhaps.

These Marion ohio subway stores are horrible. Only 1 person working and employee says that happens all the time. 2 police officers were in store also and said it was unsafe for a employee to be in store alone. That was on NMain Street. Walmart subway was closed for 10 min because they were shopping for food.....this is
