Ordered nachos bell grande easy bean extra meat no tomatoes and it's like they just seen bell grande and made it normal. Employees really can't read the screens correctly.

Went to this Taco Bell today because it was closer to where I was going. I won't be back, because food prep was lacking and the drive thru employee was anything but friendly. No smile, just handed out the bags and seemed like it hurt her to even do that. Upgrade definitely needs done at this newer location. I will drive across town to another Taco Bell before going here again.

9/18/25 drive through attendant was rude, the food was most definitely 3 hours old and microwaved. Had $40 worth of food in 2 minutes. I hope your drive through times are worth losing customers....

Cmon now who wants burnt food? Could have at least scraped it off before serving🤢20$… for this sadly I had to eat it because who wants to drive another 15 mins back out probably NEVER coming in the drive through again will always be checking my bag before ever leaving this Taco Bell. 0/10 also not to mention cross contamination in my sour cream there was a tomato in it

Almost every time the order is missing half the items or everything is poorly wrapped and put together. It's frustrating giving a place a chance once more after being wronged so many times, just to turn back around and notify the personnel that yet again, they failed to do their job.

As others said, the insistence on making everyone pull up immediately after they pay is maddening. This nonsensical inefficiency is slowing down their entire operation as employees journey around the counter across the restaurant and out the door. Its painful to watch. If the owner is reading this, please put an end to this ridiculous charade. Your staff is defrauding you with their fake window service times.

In the interest of fairness its not a bad location otherwise. Food is solid, people seem fine and many times it's not even that slow despite the unnecessary food running.

These folks never serve you at the window. They have you pull forward even when there’s no one in front or behind you. I guess it’s so they can say they have short wait times. The last visit they had me waiting nearly ten minutes and I was the only one in the drive thru. I live in this neighborhood so this is the closest location but always a hassle due to this. Visit another Marion location if you want your food in a timely manner.

Mind Over Modder

Went here yesterday. No one behind me but they pulled me up with the other cars so corporate thinks their drive through times are actually fast so the managers get their bonus. Then I waited 11 minutes. They forgot the sauce I asked for. When I ate my food it was the smallest portion possible of filling, dry, and cold. Please go anywhere else.

I went to pick up lunch for my family. My husband placed the mobile order, and I went through the drive-thru to pickup. He reminded me to ensure they gave us a fork, Fire sauce, and Diablo sauce. I got all of our food, but they missed the fork and gave us Mild and Hot sauce. I parked and went in the lobby to get a handful of both sauces and a fork.

I was pulling out of my parking spot when two female crew members followed me out to the parking lot. They started berating me about "stealing sauce," how there is no way we need 50 sauces (I didn't realize my little woman hands could grab 50 sauces at one time?), and that it would be coming out of their paychecks. I said sauce shouldn't cost that much as it's just sauce, and I wouldn't have had to come inside if they gave me the correct sauce as listed on the mobile order to begin with.

There were three cars behind me in the drive-thru at the time I had parked to go inside and they were too worried about me, chasing me into the parking lot, than making food for other customers. I am heavily pregnant and did not appreciate getting yelled at by crew members who have to start drama to feel something in their lives.

I am extremely disappointed and I will not be coming back due to poor customer service.
